Edit: I feel as though I should mention I just don't like the weapon. I see a lot of PUGs using it on various kits and doing alright but when they switch to a different weapon after the match I see a dip in performance.

I hate the gun, whenever I used it, I felt dirty. But the gold solo speedrunners need it for some kits(Volus) to get sub 20. lol

Only if you have a power that can stagger a Phantom and I mean onhost. There are much better options like the Venom, Graal, Scorpion, Arc Pistol, Acolyte, Striker, Adas and non automatic Snipers. Just to name a few. But then again, they are easy for me with non automatic weapons.
