If that's the problem why not use the Responder Loadout wich will give you 3 extra medigels and a 12% shield regen speed, the extra gels could make the difference now that you have your pattern figured out, specially if the hack is at the bottom of the map where you can be attacked from 3 directions. A prime placed at the top of the hill to your left, and another shooting you from the front or from the right can give you a serious headache (not to mention dragoons, phantoms, collector captains, seeker swarms and scions) and those extra gels could make a difference, specially if you don't use too many of them in the previous waves.

I enjoy your videos very much and I have learned a lot from them, so I hope this humble suggestion helps.

Invader, while I would agree that doing the challenge with a TGI may take a bit of the satisfaction out of it, I would say that using a Volus Engineer is probably adding to the challenge and that you should use something in the middle.

You're a brave dude to try Platinum/Condor in the first place, so regardless of your choice you got my props just for trying it.

Since you have established a pattern for the engineer you have been using I suggest staying with that character instead of switching it up. The TGI undoubtedly will change how you deal with the pattern you have established and in essence make you start from scratch.

All I can say, beyond that, is to keep at it. There is a way around the wave 10 hump. I don't know what it is but I am sure you will find it.

Which engineer are you using? It sounds interesting, I might give it a try with the Sabo, because Condor and his Sabotage might be helpful with your Prime issue and maybe Sentry Turret.

But then again, I have not the patience for a plat solo. lol

I think responder loadout would be a good way to go. That wave 8 is tricky so you never know. I think I may go that route as this map warrants it. I think I can finish it with the character I am doing it with I just need to keep grinding that wave 10 and maybe with responder loadout have a better chance.

Actually Im thinking of doing the same thing since now that I think about it it would be cooler to do a platinum solo on Condor with a Turian Character anyway. Hmmm. I'll try the Saboteur out tonight. Try it too and let me know how it goes. I love the responses here showing that many others have been able to do it as well. Its a map most people shy away from.

Yeah I think TGI and every other gimp character is going to the wayside. I will try again tomorrow when I can again. I made a decision now to stay away from characters like the TGI, THS, Geth Trooper, AIU, (Cabal - shes not OP but I already solo'd her), I may try and swith to the Saboteur as his Sabotage may actually help with that wave 10. I'll try to have it done by the end of the week.

Very nice bud. Very cool to see stuff like this. I had created a lobby a few days ago where no one joined till wave 11....extraction. LOL. I was like wut? 

Its good to know that a few others have completed it. So far in this thread there is a Kroguard solo, Cabal and AIU. I may be missing another but its very cool to know.

I hope that the next ME is like the way Halo is when it comes to their servers that records everything. This way people dont have to purchase devices just to record. I think having those solo's in a virtual database somewhere would be awesome. So...Colored Dong? I believe you I just have a hard time with that gamer tag. LOL.

Hi, please don't change the character you're playing with, don't give up on him, you're too good for that.

I've never played with you, and I don't think I will ever because, from the videos I've watched, you're in a console net and I'm in the pc net.

You have all figured out until wave 10 so try again, maybe this time it won't be a hack but an escort or disable the devices; you can't get hack missions forever

Just think of the satisfaction when you get the "Mission Successful" and the "Full Extraction" messages. I hope that will encourage you to go on with your engineer.

Nah but I can do something like this when I do it next so the entire community can get involved and maybe make it a challenge. Geth Jade is tough and I have attempted it a few times with horrible failure but after solo'ing the Geth this week with the Quarian Female Infiltrator [Quarian Female Infiltrator Platinum Solo Vs Geth] I now have an idead of what to do better per wave. 

The issues I had with that map is that the enemies respawn too close next to you which makes kiting really tough but I think if you can get past wave 1-3 then the rest of the waves can be easier and then wave 9 would be the next hardest but if you save your nukes for then you should be ok. Let me know how it goes for you. If I finish Condor this week I will try out Jade or Dagger Hazard next.

Interesting. I didn't realize people hadn't solo'd Condor before when I did it several times last week for map mastery.

edit: Which Engineer were you using?

If you are set on Collectors and don't have a character with high weapon output, I would take Armored simply to make sure you can nuke some spawns on 8 and have some left for 10.

Some people don't even bother with Wave 10 devices vs Collectors.  Others say you should have 4 missiles or so.

Made it to wave 9 this time with 3 Gels and 4 missiles. I think I have an idea now how to do wave 8 without missiles which will help for wave 10. YES! But I need to stop. This is not frustrating I am actually enjoying the challenge but I need to take a breather and then come back to it fresh. At least now I know I'll get it done for sure since I figured out wave 8 now without having to use nukes except for emergencies.
