 I recently purchased a 16GB Liara Mimobot Flash Drive from the Bioware Store and wen I used the code included in the box it came up with 'Shepard Mimobot USB Drve' under my regiserted content instead of Liara.

Just tried that and they said they can't do anything.

The person I was speaking to said "Thanks for waiting, upon checking we actually do not have access to bioware store purchases, I would highly suggest for you to try to contact back bioware store support and ask to be directed to the correct department or ask for contact information."

After telling them that the Bioware Store Customer services can't do anything as the codes are supplied by Bioware Studios they said that they would take it up to their 'Game Specialists' to check with Bioware Studios. Why they didn't do that in the first place I don't know.

Sounds to me they were packaged wrong, they should be able to provide another code.

Yeah I'm already in contact with them but they said they don't supply the codes, Bioware do. Still waiting for Bioware to email EA so they can get back to me.
