Hello, I've been through the game 4 times but have never seen these items. They're in the strategy guide I have for the game but it doesnt tell you where they are. I dont know if it matters but I have the PS3 version. If you could tell me where they are, and if they're worth getting, I'd appreciate it. Thanks in advance!
-Imperial Edge
I'm pretty sure this is dropped by the Slavers in the Alienage during the Unrest in the Alienage quest just before the Landsmeet. I seem to remember getting numerous copies of these. It's a Tevinter copy of a Saw Sword.
-Evon the Great's Mail
Buy it from Herren after completing at least 2 Storyline missions. Just don't commission the Dragonscale Armor or the second set of Drakescale Armor.
-King Maric's Blade
This is gotten from the Return to Ostagar DLC. Why it was in the guide, I have no idea.
-Aeducan Shield
Given to you by Gorim when you first talk to him in the Denerim Market District if you're a Dwarven Noble.
-The Felon's Coat
Same as Evon the Great's Mail.

Apparently, Return to Ostagar was in the works when my strategy guide was being written, which is why Meric's blade is in it. Or, it was in the main game but they took it out and put it in the DLC.

You can commision all armors no matter what just make sure you dont commision the last 2 till you finish 2 warden quests cause it will cause him to lock up shop on you and you will lose both Evon the Greats Mail and Felons coat.sethroskull79 wrote...
Are you sure about the Felons Coat. I did 3 and went to buy from him and he had generic stuff. Now I got the second set of Drakeskin armor. I thought he stopped talking to you after the Dragonbone armor.

When should I go back? After I got the second Drakeskin, Feren or whatever asked me to leave. Do I need to possess the dragon scale, but just not give it to Wade, but instead ask him whats for sale?
I think so. I had the Dragon Scale and commissioned the second set of Drakeskin armor, and he let me look at his inventory. I think posession of the scale trips a 'switch' in Herren's programming that makes him talk with you, allowing you to get at his shop inventory. Go kill the High Dragon, then come back and you should be able to grab the Felon's Coat and the Evon the Great's Mail. Just make sure you don't actually commission the Dragon armor until you've got them. You should be fine, as that's how I ended up doing it.

On my last playthrough, I was able to buy the Felon's Coat and Evon's mail before I killed any drakes. There's a thread on this forum that talks about the exact "what you have to do" requirements, but I believe you have to have completed one of the non-Redcliffe treaties all the way (Circle, Dwarves, or Brecilian Forest) plus have completed Redcliffe Village and Castle up to the point of fighting Teagan. I don't *think* I had gone into the Fade to save Connor when I bought the Felon's Coat. Wish the forum search function wasn't still b0rked...

Thanks swk3000. I just reloaded my
save at the Gauntlet and played for an hour or so and stashed the
scales at Warden's keep. Felon's Coat was in his inventory. I am almost
caught up to where I was so its all good. It cost 88 gold on Console,
it says 61 gold on the wiki. I wonder if it's worth it. Is mixing and
matching the best rogue gear better than the Wade's Superior Drakeskin?
The -6 fatigue has to be great for attacking. I will have to
investigate this further.
Wade's Superior Drakeskin has very good set bonuses--I wouldn't break it up. I ended up putting the Felon's coat on my PC mage, to take advantage of the stamina regen (which becomes mana regen) and make him less squishy, and combined that with some mage-only gloves and the Lion's Paw boots. I put Morrigan (AW) in Superior Drakeskin, and got the Medium Dragonscale set, then sold the chest piece from that and put the boots/gloves on Sten along with Evon's mail (since those three pieces combine for the set bonus). Sten immediately became much more useful for DPS and off-tank.
The good news is that if you're playing a rogue, you can end up with enough gold to actually buy almost every good piece of gear and tome in the game. Once you've got that abundance of options, you can actually start putting all your NPCs in very good gear for the endgame.

The Effort's helmet is called Duty. To get it, take your Dog out for a walk in the Deep Roads and ask him if he sees anything interesting.

There is some piece of armor to do or complete set of armor for the Knights Templar? and give me a bonus?
There is no set for the Knights Templar armor or its more powerful version, the Knight Commander's Plate.
However, there exists a Templar only armor that will work as a replacement in the Effort armor set. It is the Armor of the Divine Will and it can be purchased from Ruck in the Deep Roads.

You're welcome.
I personally have never found the gloves for the Ceremonial armor. Some sites, including Dragon Age Wiki (dragonage.wikia.com/wiki/Ceremonial_Armored_Gloves), have stated that it is possibly dropped by the Guardian of the Urn if you choose to fight him by siding with the cultist or by failing the tests.
