The Effort's helmet is called Duty.  To get it, take your Dog out for a walk in the Deep Roads and ask him if he sees anything interesting.

There is no set for the Knights Templar armor or its more powerful version, the Knight Commander's Plate.

However, there exists a Templar only armor that will work as a replacement in the Effort armor set.  It is the Armor of the Divine Will and it can be purchased from Ruck in the Deep Roads.

Where exactly can the duty helmet be found in the deep roads?  Which map location exactly?

I play on the PC.  I always go to Caridin's Cross to find it.  The first area you enter should be OK.  I believe it is the same location for the console versions as well.

You can go back there with the Dog at any time after you have cleaned out the area and ask Dog if he sees anything interesting.

I think all you have to do is bring Dog along and venture to the first area of the deep roads, there just ask dog to find something interesting

you don't have to clear it

Ah.  What I meant by my comment was that it is possible to go back even after you have already been to the area.  Sorry about that.

Anyone know if the werewolves can be given nugs?

Because I have one of the first official guides (of course before patch 1.02) and said that the werewolves need nugs

Werewolves can be given nugs at your camp after you've done nature of the beast and sided with the werewolves
