Yeah, I don't mind the question but I don't want my thread being derailed into an Ashley thread next. It's already been derailed once already, let's not have another. Answer the question (whoever answers) and drop the Ashley subject once the answer is given. If someone really feels like bashing or defending Ashley because of the answer, make your own thread about it and leave mine out of it.

Sorry, I wasn't trying to start anything, it just came up so I was curious.

Liara was somewhat tolerable in ME1, her naive little scientist schtick was a bit irritating and I had little use for skillset. I didn't really pay too much attention to her,

In ME2 I had little issue with her since she was not very prominent, I enjoyed LotSB and broke up with her (ninjamanced in ME1)

Then came ME3....

Don't listen to Steelcan. I know all about his Shepard's trysts with Liara in Mass Effect 3. He broke Miranda's heart on the Citadel and enable her death in Sanctuary to get some of that sweet blueberry.

I thought LOTSB was a great step for the character. It showed determination, strength, some humour that was absent from before, and was generally a positive step in how she's gotten over her obsession with Shepard. But then ME3 comes, and she's obsessed with Shepard/dogging his every step again, and just like that...

Don't get me wrong, I like her as much in ME3 as I liked her in ME1, fairly well. It's just I thought LOTSB guaranteed a new type of Liara, but ME3 brought back more of the same in a different bra size.
