this was a level 1 solo with the geth trooper. No deaths.

took 99 minutes. I like to take my sweet time during solos.

I've done a talon merc on white against geth platinum.. of course no screenshot and it was 2 months ago

I have one addition to make for you: the Collectors solo from Ffandrade6 with the Juggernaut (Ffrandrade6 | April 11th 2013 | Time: 64:01 | Geth Juggernaut Soldier | Vs. Collectors) was also 10 waves survived. He only went down once on extraction wave, but that still counts right?
