Yeah, Glacier would be faster. I've wiped in the beginning of wave 11 at 40:xx with him. I used Geth Scanner and I got devices, targets and an escort. Dragoons were just too much of a gang bang. Geth is probably easier.

Yeah dragoons were the most annoying, but not so much with an incendiary reegar and the fire explosions I created with siege pulse.

Congrats on your last solos too. I'm pretty sure you have the sub 30 in the hands (glacier / cerberus / venom GI ?).

Screw Cerberus lol. Atlas annoy me more than 3 Geth Primes, if I don't bring a lot of penetration with me. XD If I were to go sub30, it would be AJA with an Acolyte only vs Cerberus on White. My fastest attempt on this was a wave 9 wipe at 26:xx with one missile used and Geth Scanner ofc. Wave 7 is so funny with her. x)

I royally ****ed up the wave 6 clean up and and wave 10 targets. I think it took me like 6-7min getting wave 10 done. I had only 2 missiles left and those I used when the target was almost dead.., because I'd wipe else. :/ Maybe I should use Armored Kookpartements next time. XD

With that I've done a plat solo with every Geth. Geth are awesum!

Two attempts with Paladin Sentinel. One with Collector smg and acolyte against Reapers failed at wave 9 by stunning and sync-killing phantom. Second one with Talon only against Geth failed at wave 8. Both of them with horrible times, not enough dps for me and way too much running away from enemies.

Because of failures I have to make one with GI Talon. Objectives were pizza, escort, hack.

lol. I'm happy to have launched a GJ speed run contest. Congratulations, it's the only sub 30 platinum solo with the juggy.

The platinum solo hall of fame and the completionist categories are now fully updated. In order to avoid the limit size of the posts in BSN, I have divided the HOF in two :

- Page 28 : platinum solo hall of fame for adepts, soldiers and engineers ;
- Page 29 :  platinum solo hall of fame for sentinels, infiltrators and vanguards + completionist categories.

The future updates will be made on these pages. That's maybe not optimal but I believe it's an acceptable solution while Invaderone is not here. I could create a new topic but, given the time and effort Invader has invested to create the platinum hall of fame, I think it's bettter that's this thread remains his thread for now. Plus, we can't be sure that he will not come back one day or an other...

I will update probably one time a week, most likely in the week end. So no worries if your solo don't appear in the HOF very quickly : it's just that the updates haven't been done yet. Of course, if I miss anything, don't hesitate to tell me and I will correct as soon as possible. I just ask you to, please, submit in the standard form (name l date l...), so I just have some copy paste to do to update.

Otherwise, I have created a new completionist category : for those who have solo'd with all classes of the multiplayer. Only 4 players appear in this category. Surprisingly, some veterans who have done a lot of solos aren't in. It's often due to the fact that they haven't done a solo with an engineer. This class is by far the less popular for platinum solos.

Congratulations to all soloers and good luck on your future attempts. And, as we are still in january, happy new year !

A platinum solo with the Paladin is not easy, I know that by experience. Indeed, in order to really exploit the potential of the character, it's neccessary to be at snap freeze range of the ennemies (so very close), but without the dps of, for example, a flamer. I did my solo with this kit with the scorpion pistol as a main weapon, it's a great gun for short range fight thanks to its staggering capabilities and the possibilty to shoot while being totally in cover. I guess the venom shotgun could do a good job too.

Congrats for your first one. For me there is nothing to lol at plat solos in spite of certain characters, weapons or maps. Some hardcores may disagree.

Yes the bonus to shield recharge speed is not really needed when you have energy drain, and meleeing is really tricky in a platinum solo. Having a 30% boost to power damage and a 7,5% boost to weapon damage will also be helpful.

Thats why i was unwilling going melee and passive free. And now i will try the second n1 gold solo with it (i don t want to respec) and the crusader. Gold giant should be ok though

Paladin Sentinel finished at last. It took me five attempts. Few days back got close but Banshee sync-killed me in wave 10 hack.

I run Paladin with acolyte and Hurricane, mainly using former with his powers. Build was 6,6,6,4,4 and objectives were escort (2 gels), targets (used all 6 missiles, nice aiming by the way) and hack. This was my first successful one against Geth.

Thanks Loufi. Masochist, hell yeah. I think geth scanner is more important for me in soloing than extra missiles. Using snap freeze through walls, seeing sneaky phantoms and geth hunters saves my life. Maybe cheap but so was the enemy faction. And obviously I can´t aim with cobra, it wasn´t first time missing targets...
