Just did this Novaguard Plat solo (obviously inspired by Invader). I've only uploaded the last minute of extraction since I don't have time to upload long vids during weekdays anymore. I'm probably going to improve the solo and then upload the whole thing this weekend.

The power canceling at the extraction looks hilarious. Its like the character is having seizures of some kind .I just added your solo to the thread. Congrats..

I don't know anyone who doesn't make use of invincibility frames. They're part of the game. However, I have to admit that the Novaguard's pretty OP if you spam them like this.

I have got an idea: do you want to make a compilation of solo platinum grouping by race; for example soloing with all kits of Asari or soloing with all kits of Krogan... Do you think that is a good idea??

Well, I've only done three platinum solos and the last one was in March. But I managed to find two of the print screens. lol Times are slower. I'll prob try to get back into these with different characters since I already have two down.

It is cheating if you ask me. Exploiting something to make you invincible is not cool. That's why I more appreciate Mr. Invader's solo.

In my opinion, a solo like the one Hendrix posted shouldn't be in the "Hall of Fame", because if that is considered a legit solo then things like the hydra glitch and reactor glitch should be fine as well.

I have prepared for this.  After the last thread being locked and all of the issues surrounding various solo's, cheats etc I created additional categories in the "Archive" type section for the Modded games and have also thought of ways to keep solo's in the thread as well in the main categories by simply detailing and being up front about what is seen. An example is N7 Link's/AKA DaTenshi's solos that have obvious mods but they are in the category of "Modded solos".

First off I will put a note next to this solo as [ Under Review ] simply to determine how to word the note I will put next to it. 

* * *Second and most important, having watched many of Hendrix's solo's I know and am sure he does not mod his files etc as the gameplay is very clean. So having used this "glitch" would not count as a modded game as it can be done on any platform.

The easiest and simple solution is to keep the solo but with a note next to it in brackets indicating that the invincibility glitch was used at some points. I would need to review the entire solo first before doing that though so I will wait till he puts the entire solo up to see it. I believe by doing it this way we can still keep the historical record of it but at the same time be up front with what is seen on the video so no one is confused and nothing is hidden or misinterpreted.
