I wrote in the CD-key for some DLC's, but I did not get anything at my "downloading progress"
- I have waited for it with no luck..

Check out the PC Redeemed DLC Troubleshooting FAQ in the PC Technical Support forum for solutions to common problems with getting DLC to download.

Promotions, assuming that's what you mean, are unlocked with special promo codes on a leaflet inside the box, not the CD key. You will also not get a download link, simply unlock the items for direct download from within the game.

It's alright, I managed just to get it done, don't remember how though, sorry I didn't reply.
