In my module every new character created receives player tools (feat).
you can assign the player_tool  to the quick bar of the pc?  (player tool_1 == F1 - Player Tool 2 == F2 - etc etc)

I do not want the player do this operation manually, I would like this to happen automatically.

That's where I saw it:

nwnx is the answer + the windows version is limited in what quickslots you can assign but i think feats are possible

That sounds pretty good, as I would like to edit the quickbar content as well (remove everything from it). But in the instruction it says:
- Add nwnx_funcs.nss to your module (or include directory)
How do I do that?
And for
- Add the following lines to your nwnx.ini [...]
I supposed I have to create a new nwnx.ini if I didn't already do it for other nwnx-content?
Thank you. I would really like to use this.

NWNX comes with its own default ini. Installation instructions can be found here:
NWNX site
It basically involves dropping some files into folders, and editing the ini, which is usually pretty straightfoward. You'll need to add any other plugins to the same folder you put the prepackaged ones into, during installation.

Thank you, Funky, I installed the main program now. But I still can't see where I am meant to put the nss-file or folder. After trying and searching a bit I noticed what I had found was an old version (0.941, found here: http://sourceforge.n...wnxstuff/files/). At nwnx.org (your link) I found version 1.1 which comes with an erf - that was what I was missing. But 1.1 is still considered "outdated" by that website and even worse - the documentary that is linked there is for Version 0.2 (with only a few functions at all - and even those don't seem to be implemented)!
