Looking for a certain UR? Spent over 300+ hrs in game with no harrier to show for it? Does the RNG store keep giving you crappy volus engineers? Well not anymore!

P.S. this is in no way,shape, or form considered cheating.........

Just follow these steps

1) Farm. Farm like no tommorow. i'm going for 8 million credits but the choice is ultimately yours.

Also what i mean by farming, SAVE YOUR MONEY!

2) Find out what DLC your gun/character is tied to for example If you wanted a Harrier you would want to keep the Rebellion DLC pack.

3) Back up all of the other DLC packs that you have into another device( I.E, Flash drive, memory unit, another location on your PC).

4)If you put your other DLC on a flash drive(360)(PS3). Remove it. If your on PC Go to your Mass Effect 3 DLC folder

C:\\Program Files\\Origin Games\\Mass Effect 3\\BIOGame\\DLC

Then go to _metadata folder and back up the Files (except for the DLC you you wish keep) on your desktop or wherever. Then delete the original.

5)Start up Mass Effect 3

6)Go to the store and buy arsenal packs, or reserves depending on your unique situation. Your chance of getting the guns/characters you want are FAR higher at this point.....

7) When your done, if your on the xbox or ps3 reinsert your device and you can still play as normal with all of your DLC still there. If your on PC just put your backup files back where they were before and you should be good to go as well.

I just wanted to share this info with BSN as i hear people are having trouble getting the guns or characters they desire.

Removing the dlcs doesn't really help you since most of the current URs are original or the promo guns. You remove what like 3 guns from the pool now. Best way is to save up and not spend anymore if you get no Urs after 500-600k and wait till another day. This will remove those 2-5 million dry spells when RNG troll s you hard. Rarely after employing that tactic did I have more than 1-2 spells in a row of 600 k without a UR. Also buy sps they keep you full on equipment to use and only difference between them an psp is 1 slot is turned into another UR. How many time have you see those double psps??? Not enough to warrant the extra 39k.

Best way to farm and beat the RNG god is to speed run platinum with rockets, specifically Jade. Watch the video with your team, slap on AC5 only, no other equipment required and proceed to blow all things up. If you get devices on wave 3 just bleed out it is not worth the time and effort. On wave 6 and 10 it makes more sense and its actually easier to do. Don't extract and you save another 2 minutes. Ready back up again when you get to the lobby and profit. On average you should be getting 6 platinum games per hour of gameplay. That's 8 premium Spectre packs or reserves or arsenal per hour. You can't beat that efficiency.

lol, you did nothing but make an honest thread...

IIRC, pint, fantasm( something like that), and grim just spammed party hard gifs for like, 5-6 pages, and even got to have the lost gif post after the mod locked it.

My intention with this thread is to greatly improve your odds of getting the guns or charcters you want with out other items blocking your way like rares you don't want and UR's it cuts down chance to a bare minimum and helps you minimize depression, and this method is the closest way to attain a gun you don't have or to lvl them up next to outright cheating by modding files. Also without those DLC's i attained two characters i could never snag any other time due to this method. So if you want to try it out be my guess but if not it's just here for those who seek the information. Period.....

Absolutely this, 100%, by far the most efficient way to farm for credits. I made roughly 30 million credits over the course of 2 weeks of doing this, something like that anyway. Though we don't quit on wave 3 devices, it adds a couple of minutes to the time sure, but that's better than taking another 4 minutes to wait for all the loading screens when loading up another game. Downside is, it requires 4 competent people who know what they're doing who are online at the same time.
