Have both Dragon Age games and ME2.  Only ME3 shows up in my entitlements.  Went to ask for help in Dragon Age Origins tech support, can't post there.  It's listed in my games here, registered, along with every bit of content released for it. It's in my xbox right now (the game did the login bit with Bioware).  What's going on?

Forum messsage says to check the faq, and from there I wound up posting here which is apparently the only place I can ask about it.

Edit:  Guess it's redundant to state that I have the games - they're all listed underneath my profile anyway.  I actually have Dragon Age for 360 AND PC.

There is no local tech discussion. Just as the various ex-forums (tech) all tell you, they are all locked down. You go to AHQ for Self-Help, and EA Help for official support. Exactly as described all over this place, nearly everywhere you can possibly look. Like the left hand sidebar, the header area for every forum, etc.  You are wasting time and space over a long-past occurrence (a year now). 

If, in fact, you tried the non-Tech forums and don't qualify, there STILL is no local on-site support.  EVERYTHING of that nature is on either EA Help and / or Answers HQ, for every actively supported game (there are some "pre-EA" games with their own local Self-Help forums still running, transferred here when the Legacy forums' security was corrupted).

The sidebar only mentions the Mass Effect Trilogy.

If you google for a topic, you have a nice bright yellow message telling you:

"You do not meet the requirements to post in this forum. Please see the FAQ for more details."

The FAQ will tell you:
