I don't get why people do it in PUGs; caring about score that much is a bit sad. That said, I mind it only when: 1/ it causes a really unhelpful spawn that screws the team over, or 2/ the player in question didn't use rockets when it really would have been helpful, and the team just barely pulled through.
That said, I'll try to thin out a spawn, but not shut it down completely, if we end up with a poor location (e.g. on Glacier at extraction). Sometimes I suspect it's more of a debatable judgement call than inveterate scoreboard mischief.
I have seen spawn-nuking on 11 a lot recently, including three of my last four PUGs; none of them needed XP. Meh.
