Most of the people you meet of a higher status than Hawke are those who probably don't give a damn about his/her preferences (Meredith, Vicount) cause they have far more important things on their minds.

Hawke already would've gotten used to letting insults and derision slide off his/her back from simply being a poor Fereldan in Kirkwall since act 1.

I think Kirkwall folk should at least react about their Champion having an affair with elf. Common people could just gossip, but aristocrats could boycott Hawke. And killing people for that is not moral or lawful or smart thing to do unless you're psychopath. The same goes to Fenris.
I wish we saw the same NPC reaction as in Dwarf Commoner origin, it was brilliant.

It's very clear that Hawke and Isabela bang all the time outside of their relationship. There are "stories" and all LIs confirm it.

Every LI shouldn't work that way because simply put they don't all need to have hang ups on species culture. Like if GW dude had a hang up I'd facepalm. One would think he works with different species all the time.

A Dalish elf companion on the other hand who's used to being around just other DE sure.

Her falling for you doesn't mean she's gonna stop having fun though. Least I never got that impression. I don't know romancing Isabela and expecting monogamy to me is just...um...uh...there are greener pastures for that.

Preferences sure. They finding a member of a race that pretty much looks like their own save minor tweaks (Height, skin color, horns) completely unattractive for reasonz is where you lose me.

Not all of them. The fact that it's POSSIBLE doesn't automatically mean you're in an open relationship.

Yes. You should not be able to sleep with Leliana after manically killing the Dalish elves, keeping the anvil of the void, siding with the templars (While I can see Alistair accepting this I'm more hmmm on Leliana), and heck you can keep romancing her after poisoing the ashes if you harden her and your intimidate is high enough XD

I mean the latter at least should auto end the romance. at least.
