So, I have a lot of files on my MU, and my hard drive is coming in the mail this week.
My question is, if I transfer my files over to my hard drive, will I be able to use them in ME2, or do I have to go through the game another 6 times on my hard drive?

I'm not sure what information has been released to date but as far as I
know you can transfer your ME1 360 save files fine between devices as
long as it's all done via the xbox's file management features.
For
example I'm almost positive that people brought in copies of save games
on memory cards when we were testing the feature internally and I
didn't hear of any problems.
