I'm getting a bit irked, to say the least.
Is it normal for shipping to take forever?

I ordered an N7 hoodie (the MK one) on September 13th, and it still hasn't shipped yet. I was wondering if this was normal, or not? It's for my husband's birthday, which is in October. He's in Bahrain at the moment (deployed), so it's not like he needs a hoodie at all. But I'd like to have it before he gets back
At this rate, I'm not even sure when it's going to ship. I've tried calling the people responsible. But they never call back. They didn't hesitate to take my 64 dollars.

I ordered on the same day and it hasn't shipped either. I was already dreading the order after my last one, but I was told that the international shipping was improved (due to paying custom fees up front) and I'm a big Mass Effect fan, so I decided to take the risk. And now it's been over a week and it hasn't even been shipped.
I submitted a request two days ago through the Zendesk support two days ago, no response yet.

I'm still waiting for my hoodie to ship as well. I ordered mine on the 14th and I haven't heard anything from them yet. I message them but they have yet to reply. I hope it comes soon since the weather is starting to get cooler here.

Yes, I opened a ticket. And it hasn't been responded to :/ I'm getting agitated. Opened it a few days ago. Sorry about the late response, I actually forgot I posted here.
