The first two DLC are free, F-R-E-E, when you purchase a new copy of the game. How is this so hard for people to understand?

Unlike the Apocalypse which is a very freak occurence and the odds are very unlikely. The odds the codes don't work is actually quite good. Look at Dragon Age as an example. There was a hell of a lot of problems for people with this. I personally feel they have too much day 1 DLC at this point. If the codes fail to redeem they aren't missing out on a single companion, but a vehicle, armor, weapons, and lots of quests from the sound of it.
It's a risk vs reward sort of thing. Now it's starting to seem... less of an anti used sales measure, and more of a we want money later measure.
Let's face it, this system isn't going to be stopping any pirates.
