When attacking one keep and discussing the battle plan, one of the option is a "direct charge".

If you pick that you get this cutscene.

In a town you find two children fighting over a golem doll.

In one of the circles you find a mage who talks about how another mage became rich by selling lyrium. the mention that a warden came out of the deep roads to deliver it personally.

In recliff there is a bar named after the warden with something relating to the wardens race "ie the wardens ale, the wardens halla, the wardens tree, the wardens duster, the wardens circle, the wardens throne.)

You find avernus fighting a bunch of corpses. When asked about what he's doing he replys "paying my pentence what else, now leave me be I'm no warden anymore." as he's leaving you notice the corpses are wearing greywarden armor.

You hear a story about an elven man who helps people find places to break into. The people talking about him say he was exicuted for "stealing andresates tears".

You find a book in a keep that talks about summoning circles and recalls a time in the tower when the author was accidently summoned.

In orzamar you find weapons being made out of a dragons bone, when asked about it they say they found the body in the throne room years ago when the warden visited.

You meet up with an Ortan, who tells you how there house was rediscovered a while ago by her mother who was a friend of the last paragon.

you hear some people in a bar talking about a glowing elf who had strange markings all over his skin.

you hear stories about a dwarven grey warden who likes his ale and how they started a series of druken sporting events after him.

you find connor several years he talks about a demon that keeps haunting his dreams, he says something about the demon saying it's almost time.

You find a botanist mumbling about the northern prickle weed and how it should of stayed in the woods.

You find a caravan on fire along a traders path. He says an elven woman did it saying something about still not being able to find her sister.

You find Nathanial in one of the keeps, he's heard of you and was following your movements trying to catch up to you. He says he wants to help and gives you a crystal that once helped fight a fearsome darkspawn.

You finally find red jenny in a house, it's a dog wearing a head set sitting at table.

You find the ruins of amaranthine or the city depending what you did. They talk about a mysterious stranger whose been helping them. They say he speaks with a breathy lisp.

you find a ship in a bottle with a little figure of hawke at th wheel.

entering a random cave you find it's infact quiet sunny for being inside a mountain, there are birds flying in the sky, and even a sun. there are also large dragons everywhere. You are wandering through a lush forrest being chased by all mannor of creatures long thought dead.

You run into an enormous man in spiky armor, a red-headed girl in pink, and a hooded person. If you ask them for a quest, they get amused and begin reminiscing about "the good old days" or "back when dragons were a challenge for us....", with the hooded person voiced in such a way you can't tell whether they're male or female. Rumors about them will be along the lines of "that group o' travelers say they're sired by the Maker or some such nonsense".

Bonus points if someone named Abdel Adrian is mentioned and the hooded person scoffs at "that imposter".

There will be a town with a plague problem. If you try to help them with it, they attempt to send you on a bunch of meaningless errands first.

You find a golem who actually likes pigeons and is horrified to hear about someone stomping on them.

There will be an old man who asks if you're having relationship troubles and recommends buying them off with a bunch of gifts. Your companions, if present, will be annoyed by this, stating that they aren't shallow, and will actually lose affection if you try to gift them in the next few days.

Whenever a dragon appears, you have the option to try and shout at it.

At least and at most 1 map, for example a cave, should be reused and Varric should mention that it brings up memories.

You meet Hawke and he/she immediately hits on you, no matter race/gender.

Have a random instance where three adventurers are searching for the Sword of Vigilance and you can either kill them or ask for details and obtain a quest.

Walk into a Rivain tavern and find your Hawke, sipping dragon blood(a new drink) from the skull of the Arishok.

When in Denerim, you see the Hero Of Ferelden statue and Leliana(if romanced in DA:O) will say, "he's quite handsome and dashing" in a very sexy and intimate voice.

In a Rivain city, you find three pirates chasing Isabella for her not freeing them from a curse.

If you made a deal with the demon in DA:O, you find a 20+ year old Mage named Connor who is possessed by a powerful demon.
