i write my redeem code to get my blood armor the stone golem and they alway say it dont work. i tried like 10 time and never worked annyone can help ?

the letters are case sensitive. make sure all your letters are CAPS

upon "copy / pasting" my code into the required field, it auto capitalized it for me, so that should not be the issue. Just make sure you are logged in to the correct username / login on the forums and in the game. Try opening the game and "logging in" on the bottom left corner. Then go to the downloadable content section and clicking the redeem code. Should pull you up to this site.. Then put the code keys in and redeem! If that doesnt work, keep trying. It took me 4-5 attempts because the site was pretty bogged down with the influx of new requests..

The only way I could get it to work was using the contact us link at the bottom of this site explaining my issue and pasting the codes for the items I wanted to redeem that were included in the CE. A few moments later when I started up my Collector's Edition (logged into with my account) it started downloading the addons I was trying to redeem. Got that method by reading a post earlier made by a mod lower down the page of the website trouble forum.

I tried the blood armor once last night and nothing. Will I still be able to use the code? I figure I'll let the chaos settle. Any info would be sweet.

I want to know. I am redeeming the code with my mobile phone. Will it show in the game once I logged in at the game? Please help me. My code exires on 30 July 2011. And how the hell do you get the blood armour in Mass Effect 2 with this code. I am at least done activating the Cerbaris network.
