I don't take chances with kits i don't use too often, but for gold...it's usually phoenix vanguard, slayer or the destroyer...i've taken the juggy on a few missions there as well, but i'm not really a good juggy player like that...

For plat matches...(with friends) it's strickly been the destroyer....

U/U/Gold - anything.

U/U/Platinum - depends on whom I'm playing with: pugs, I bring the big toast. Friends I'll bring whatever I feel like playing, because I know I'll have help.

All kits, if there's at least one decent player in the lobby.
When pugging Platinum alone I usually bring just-in-case kits: GI, GE, TSent, QME, HSol, DA, AA.

I will take any kit because I am a scrub equally with all of them. No need to be picky. I will try to do my part (at least get 90k average when playing with Spectre's) and still have time to make love to the floor.

All except Krolord and yeah I can play him with a Reegar but WTF is the point? Boring kit IMO. Pugging plat off host I usually have around 10 kits that I prefer till I test lag, and quality of the team.

Vanilla human soldier with the Claymore, since it plays exactly the same on every difficulty and against every faction.

The only thing i manage to do with the GE is be a support character and finish last.

1. Equip Arc Pistol.
2. Aim for head.
3. ???
4. Profit.

Javelin QFI - personally the easiest kit in the game for U/U/anything, and the one kit I'm completely confident with on any difficulty, nevermind how tired/stressed I feel.

Aside from that, QFE+Talon, Shadow+wraith, Asariguard+wraith are kits I generally play best with.

I'll play anything on U/U/G, although some kits I haven't played for many months and am pretty rusty with - I tend to do badly with the collector adept for example.

For U/U/P, depends on if pugs or not - will only bring the best to a pug.

on gold? Def not any kit (there are some like the Shadow, the Talon mercenary which i just dont know how to play v well) but many many different kits and playing styles (I cant snipe with heavy rifles like Black Widow though).

On platinum? I have hardly played much platinum, think ive extracted maybe 15-20 times, and i never pug it, i only play plat if invited by friends. So there are only a few kits i rely on. Turian sentinel with Geth scanner and Lancer is my standard reliable kit. I have used Fury with hurricane a few times. I cant see myself daring to vanguard it.

Indeed. Even with nerfs, sabotage still causes chaos and explosive hack decimates them.

I don't play Vorcha, so I guess them. And I am still biased against Talon despite doing the keybinding fix.

So all the other ones.

If I play with friends and or know that I have at least one good teammate then I can take whatever character to Platinum.

If I pug Gold then I can take whatever character as well.

If I pug Platinun then I usually prepare for having to solo at least a few waves so I go for my trusty GI GPS or the Human Sentinel. There's a lot of classes that I feel very comfortable playing even when pugging Platinum, but few who can clutch a wave as fast as these two characters.

Any Infiltrator

There are a lot of other great kits for gold and platinum beyond infiltrators, but infiltrators would make me the most confident and they get the best results.

Any Infiltrator (although the Huntress can be tough vs. Geth), Batarian Soldier, Any Krogan, Turian Soldier/Sentinel, Drell Adept, Geth Trooper, Slayer (on host)

I think that every kit is capable, you only have to discover the best build\\tactic for it. Yes, some are easier to play and can be considered OP, but any kit is good on gold, even platinum. The difference is the human factor.

Any kit on gold. On plat usually my destroyer w/ppr, juggy w/ppr, mqi w/claymoar, fqi w/bw or valkyrie.
