I've just encountered this problem as well. I went of DA:O for the first time in a while and discovered that the game was no longer accepting my login details, and that I couldn't access my profile while I was in-game (I can still get to it through this website, but it's hardly the same thing).
I hope this is resolved soon, as like many others, I was still hoping to complete more play-throughs and collect the achievements that I'm still missing (I'm a completist like that), but that's impossible if I can't login to my profile in-game any more.

You can still play the game and get your achievements without being online. I just finished a play through doing just that. You just won't be able to update your profile here.

ofc you can play. but you need AGAIN unlock everything i talk about thoses special talents. Beserk/reaver etc stuff. like me i ages ago played a lot of unlocked them all for use. and when i start my new character in-game i dont wanna play it again 3-4 speed run to unlock everything so i can start my true playing. thats the one problem with not being able log in

What a farce. The DLC problems are bad enough and now you can't login. Someone is obviously trying to kill this game.

From the EA Help site:

Dragon Age: Origins is currently experiencing server problems.

This means that you will either receive an error when logging in, or simply be unable to. During this time, DLC will not work or register properly.

Rest assured we're doing everything we can to get things back on track and will provide updates as soon as possible.

So will that involve updates to the actual game, or are the problems purely on the server side I wonder? Because if it's the former, those of us who upload our own custom avatars, lack a PC copy of DA: O and have to resort to the the character creator will be s*** out of luck.

I believe it means exactly what it says - it's a server problem. As in the server crashed and burned.

Same problem here. I cant log in, and I just finished downloading the Ultimate Edition!

EA have been making excuses for months, about many things. You know what caused the DLC issues? It was moved to a new location and someone "forgot" to redirect to this URL. Yes, that simple. And it still isn't fixed.

And still it hasn't been fixed. I can't get Shale because of it.

Why is it that the people who actually pay hard cash for these games suffer more than pirates? How on Earth is that fair to us?

EDIT 2: I found a workaround for the DLC's, courtesy of username Seekar.

You can download the DLC files themselves manually from this website (My Games -> Your registered game content)
. For each DLC, download (from that wiki page) the appropriate Offer File. Load up daupdater.exe (located in your "[install location]\\Dragon Age\\bin_ship" folder), hit "select DAZIPS" and install both of them. That took care of all of it for me (including Stone Prisoner).

Way more than genuine paying customers should have to suffer through, but there it is.

That's why I'm a big fan of DRM-free games. Luckily Bioware's Baldur's Gate IS DRM-free

Here's to hoping Dragon Age will be DRM-free one day too!

I could never get this profile to work for me no matter how hard I try. I am always logged in and yet only my achievements are uploaded, and not my actual data.

Any now theirs a pandemic on the issues with the login issues where it tells you that you're logged into the server, but you're really not logged in.

I hope this issue get fixed soon.

This issue has uploading in EA help Center. But for now, this issue has not fixed.

You might say it's a mighty achievement to achieve that much with a level 0 character .

(just some humor to brighten a buggy situation).

There may be issues accessing the in-game store, but you can still download, install, and play your DLC from the Bioware Social Network.

Rest assured we're doing everything we can to get things back on track and will provide updates as soon as possible.

its been soon 1 week when this problem occured. taking quite while means 2 things.

problem is quite big. or they have just one man fixing stuff what makes it very slow to happend

and there is no word yet when you play "offline" and manualy install the DLC:s will the achviements you get on offline play overrite the ones you unlock ages ago on the dragon age server.

So it's not me? I just reloaded and Dragon Age and it doesn't recognize my log in when I attempt it. Tried several times now, changing the password with each try. Still won't log me in.
