I've played them both. I wanted VLR to continue, I honestly looked online, assuming there was a way to keep playing, because that's just a nasty way to end a game. I assume you got the true ending with the scene you get after completing everything on hard, yes?

Oh yea. Kyle and all that. Incredible stuff. Now I have to wait for Zero Escape 3.

Great game. Best voice acting I've heard in forever except for terrible Clover. Zero Jr. is worth the cost of the game alone.

I particularly loved 999's soundtrack, which led me to odd situations. It usually took me a good 15 minutes to solve a "timed" puzzle just because I would stop and listen to the awesome music (it's not really timed but for example at the beginning when water is pouring all over the place in your cabin and you've got to hurry).
