As is stated in the OP and the document linked there, as far as we can tell PSPs, APs and RPs all have approximately the same average cost per UR drop which is lower than that for SPs.

Yeah, sorry, I may stay SP-exclusive at this point. I KNOW it's all RNG, but I just seem to pull more URs outta those than anything else.

Yes. Bought four reserve and didn't get any ultra rares. Bought 2 arsenal and was gifted with typhoon

So this guy last night told me if you have all your Rares maxed out, buy 5 PSPs at a time, and you are GUARANTEED to get an Ultra Rare in one of those packs.  Like it's a cumulative % or something on the first 5 packs.  Then you try again later.  I was like yeah horseshit, then I figured hell I've gone more than 5 Arsenal Packs without a drop so I'll give it a try.

 

I got an UR on my second PSP.  I stopped there.
