With 18 December 2013, Warhammer Online servers will be shut down. This is next MMORPG, what in last years was going to shut down, before was Tabula Rasa and Star Wars: Galaxies.
I just wonder, if someday ME3 Servers will got same fate? If yes, how we can play through DLC then?

They'll have to realise that always online is a silly idea in the long term and build patches to take the always online requirement off.

How would shutting down the ME3 servers render DLC unplayable, wouldn't it only affect multiplayer?

Pretty much. It just resets your readiness back to 50%, which is even less important when you have all the DLC's installed.

This is comparing two drastically different things, for a MMO server cluster is something that is probably a lot more complex to keep operational then a handshake server that is required for Mass Effect 3 multiplayer and authentication. BioWare has said in the past they have a plan if they ever sunset the servers.
Also one more thing to consider from reading the article the servers are being shutdown only because Games Workshop is pulling the license so they might have continued to keep the servers running if it was their own IP and not something owned by another company.

ME3 got epic multiplayer and it got an option for mini transactions for quick $$ to make EA happy. I don't think it will be shut down at least until we get next mass effect mp mode.

Discussion of WAR servers is not ME3 related. There has been no indication that ME3 is in any way affected by the shutting down of WAR.
