That being said, for me: Firebase Godess, Platinum, Cerberus. I was a Krogan Soldier (melee build), and I fought off Dragoons and whatever the hell else wanted some in the center room without going down. "I. AM. KROGAN!" 

Well, y'all know what to do. And yes, all enemies, at all times, want to shoot you and only you! Deal with it.

Was pugging as a Drell Adept. Banshee grabs someone in the LZ with about 6 seconds left. Cue grenade spam followed by Drellfist to kill her about midway through the animation.

The worthless pyjack who got grabbed didn't even say thanks before he left.

Year ago do solo gold.

20 second to end extraction, make victory rush to extraction point, but blocked by Geth Primes... But i stunned them with charge and again victory rush to extraction point.

Firebase reactor hazard. Holding the far room from extraction and I use a couple of missles to clear the way for the team. Hit the button and haul ass, have my team follow me,  make it out, cook team, lone survivor, laugh, get hate mail. The perfect ending!

I've had quite a few...but one was on giant....we're at extraction zone and i'm right by that entranceway before you head out to the main area...i'm not letting anything come thru there..i'm a phoenix vanduard...so i'm smashing everything.

I hear "man down"...ok a banshee took out a teammate...it's ok tho...the two other guys will take her out....then i hear "squadmate needs help"....now i'm looking back to see if the last guy is ok...i don't see either of them so maybe he tried kiting her away ( i can hear her warping around)....

Brutes and everything else is still trying to come thru that small entranceway....then i hear "man down"....few seconds left tho...so i'm hoping she doesn't warp near me while i'm still trying to stop anything coming thru the frontend....nope...as the last few seconds arrives, she warps right next to me and grabs me....time runs out tho...she dies....lone survivor...lol...

Last week I started a gold solo against rippers on white with drell vanguard and his venom for lols. I was basically holding room inside with direct path to lz. It was so much fun beating the crap out of that ripper scum with venom, biotic charge, fire explosions and cluster fuqer nades, that I forgot it was extraction. When checked the timer it was 00:02 and just thought, well fuq, I'll make sure that everything 's gonna be dead then. XD

25 min of pure fun. x)

I had a game on Dagger Hazard on Gold where a Praetorian OHK'd all 4 guys in one buttlazer through 2 walls. With some sub-second time left.

That was a fun extraction. I had to screenshot the 4 dead guys on the results screen.

Several pals who like to rocked possessed abombs in the circle right as the timer hits zero...

Or when I'm soooo stoopid I run to the wrong extraction circle on Dagger or Vancouver....

Had a decent dance with a couple of Dragoons and a few phantoms on extraction last night when I was the last one standing with a VolAdept. A series of combat rolls, cloaks, shield boosts, etc saved my pudgy asthmatic little ass barely. My friend on the mic was rolling on the floor laughing at what had to look like a three ring circus at extraction.

My best though I think is when I nuked a few leechers at extraction. Ops pack, missile, boom goes the Abomb, lone survivor.

Jade/Gold PUG was a great one. A N7 1 who truly had no idea what they were doing hid under the bridge for extraction and then had no idea why he wasn't extracted.

@ OP: Oh I don't have a crazy extraction story, just this one tale of one of the few times I'm playing as a Juggy, I'm on FB White, pew pewing Siege Pulse so that I rack up points on wave 11 without missile spaming and glance at the clock to see I got 45 seconds, I slowly hurl Adrenaline mod II down the steps, thinking I'll make it in time..

Which I do!
Pity about the freaking ship that was in the way, so I'm there trying to make love to soft cover to slightly fit into the extraction zone.. Which apparently I didn't in the end! </3
Curse my perfectly sculpted, fat Juggy arse.

And of course what made it worse was all my squadmates laughing thier arses off at me on the opposite side.

I recently did a gold solo with the drell adept on Giant. I realized too late that it was only 10 seconds to exctraction and I was on the far side of the map. This is what happened.

When playing on Hydra, on extraction wave on platinum I always go jump off the map and remain at the waterfall while the pugs attempt to hold down the LZ and die out quickly and I'm just chilling outside the map.

Once I was on Rio and happened to have 6 missiles on wave 11 (very unusual), I made my way to extraction and viciously cleared my path by firing all 6 missiles along the way on my way to the extraction.
