Entered the Cerberus code on the social site..but get no DLC
When I activate the game it still wants my Cerberus code to get the DLC....
When I re-enter it in game it says "Code in Use"
How do I fix this?

Should it already be linked to this account? I signed in-game with the same EA account as this one I'm using to post. I'm feeling quite sad now because it will cost 1200 pts to download the cerebus network separately and I paid more money for the CE of the game already.

are you redeeming your cerberus card on the social site, or in-game?
were you a collectors edition? did you also get a collectors edition card?
Sorry for posting in multiple threads, but you're the first Bioware person I've seen tonight. My problem is simple, but I suspect quite common.
Unbeknownst to me, there exists an EA account with my Gamertag paired to it from long ago. When I logged into this site this evening and redeemed my Cerberus Code, it did not show up on my Xbox 360 because my email address here is not the same as the ancient EA account (the one I didn't even remember having). At this point, EA's self help section says that they do NOT offer the abiltiy to migrate linked gamertags to new accounts, so the Cerberus Network and the associated content we new buyers were promised has evaporated for me- with no way to recover it.
Entering the code in the Xbox screen shows "code already redeemed", but it has been redeemed by an account I can never link my Gamertag to because of EA's policy- my gamertag is permanently attached to a dusty old account I did not remember making, and my Cerberus code is permanently attached to my new account that can never be linked to my Gamertag. At this point, a major feature of the game that I was promised is missing, and all because of an incredibly confusing marriage of 4 different sites and logins, and a nonsensical policy that prevents the owners of said accounts from migrating a gamertag from one to another. This is extremely upsetting.

Oh dear. I though EA was on the up after the last couple of years but it looks like they still have some of their old policies hanging around.
50/50 chance they'll respond to this issue with a "screw you, your problem" kind of reply

I'm playing on the PC.
I redeemed the card in-game.
I got the collectors edition and I did get a collectors edition item card.
No cerberus network and the 'code has already been redeemed'.

At least now I know I'm not the only one with the issue.
I'm running the Collector's Edition PC version. I received the pre-order Terminus code, Collector's Code and the Cerberus code. The codes were entered via the social site in this order: Terminus, Collectors, Cerberus.

I'm at the end of my rope here- I'm going to try deleting my account here on Bioware social in the hopes that it will also cancel this new account with EA. Then I'll be able to change my email address on the old account to the one I used for this new account, and hopefully access the Cerberus download.
Ugh.
(if you haven't deleted your account yet)

Any idea why those of us that registered our cerberus cards on the website are getting invalid codes when we try to access the network in game?
I'm getting this same issue. I got home with my PC CE copy, entered me collector's armor and wepeapon code along with Game Stop pre-order code and then the Cerberus card all on the redeem code page via the social site and got downloads for . When I redeemed the cerberus code it said I had just entered another code for collectors armor and from in game it says I put in an invalid code. I understand that it's reading the code as already used but I'm not getting anything for it... On the registered game promotions page it lists Terminus weapon and armor, Collectors weapon and armor, and blood dragon armor as my only registered codes.

- Collector's edition
- The only cards I received were Collector's weapon and armor, Game Stop pre-order, and the cerberus card

* I live in the UK, and my PC Collector's Edition was just shipped. I therefore expect to receive it on either the 27th or 28th, both of which are before the official UK release date. Will I be able to redeem my codes when I receive the game, or will I have to wait until Friday for the Cerberus Network to become available here?
* Will the DLC from the Cerberus Network require access to the internet at all times in order to use it? I ask because with Dragon Age, if I didn't log into my Dragon Age account, or if my connection was somehow lost, all the items that I recieved from DLC (Warden's Armour, etc) disappeared. I would load a save and my character would be naked. I dread to think what would have happened if I had overwritten my save while in that state. I'm sure that's not how it's meant to be, because it seems nonsensical to require the player to be logged like an MMO in order to use Shale and similar DLC... but nonetheless, that's how it was for me. I don't want to lose Zaeed or any of the ME2 DLC just because my connection dies or the Bioware servers hiccup.

When I joined this social site with my new email, it automatically created a matching ea.com account. If I try to change the email address on the old account (that is linked to my gamertag) it tells me it's already in use. Had I realized that signing up here automatically created a new EA account, I could have changed the email before I redeemed the code. Heck- had I known the game would promptme for a code whe I put it in the tray, I'd have done it that way and skipped this whole fiasco.
I've spent 5 hours on this- EA's site flat out says "gamertag links are permanent".
Ahhhhh, I was hoping I'd never have to hear about this again...
but I know your pain.
I had two EA ID's
but my issue was that I had 4 different persona's...
EA ID #1 - xbox live name, most used psn name
EA ID#2 - most used xbox live name, psn name
and I coudln't figure out how to condense them.
It just didn't make sense to me considering that I created the first ID way back when EA first started the sportsworld site, but it wasn't working properly at all for the first month, so I completely left it alone and came back about 2 years later only to find it was still there and finally working.
It took me 5 HOURS 3 days ago to get someone from EA to condense my accounts.
So, their solution?
they moved all the persona's to one ID.
which made me happy.
thing that still upsets me.
That second ID still exists with my email attached to it.
I still don't understand why migrating and or deleting an account is so damn hard.

I downloaded the "Cerberus Network" DLC, I have two cards, the Cerberus Network activation card and the Gamestop preorder card (which I followed the instructions on and went to redeem my code on the website... which gave me a PC .exe I didn't bother downloading).
I try to log on to the Cerberus Network from in-game and it prompts me for my "Legal Guardian's E-mail"... which is stupid, but I put mine in just so I don't have to deal with it, but it says it cannot establish a connection at this time. =(

Was that via phone, or through their web tech support? I think I'm going to have to do the same - just wondering which method you used.

If I remember correctly, which I amy not since I downloaded them at about 1 am, each one was about 15-25 mb.
