I used to go ten pin bowling every week and went to arcade after, never could get the hang of the fighting games. My friends new all the controls while I flailed about like idiot. I do have some fun drunken memories of the shooting games though:)
Are they not still huge thing in Japan and S. korea ?

A movie theater near me actually added a Ms. Pac-Man arcade, and another one further away has an arcade section.
I did do laser tag, but the area my friends and I played in was way too small.

Adams Family pinball machine at the pizza shop in the center of town. I used to not eat lunch at school so I could use my lunch money to play after school.

I remember an Indiana Jones game that I didn't need to play as I was happy just to stand there and listen to the soundtrack.

Part of my extended family has that very same pinball machine in their house. It really is a classic. I remember going to Dave and Busters for the first time. I can't remember what it was for but I do remember getting a mega cup of gaming coins for free. It was glorious!

Oh, Star Wars Arcade was a thing of beauty. And I remember wasting a lot of coins on Captain America and the Avengers.
I loved the Alien vs Predator arcade game. I barely had to insert new coins.
We had a small arcade at the local mall where my friends and I would hang out during our first few years in high school. Unfortunatly it went under. We had some really good times there.

I went to a denver bar called 1up the other night w/my GF. So much fun. They had all the old games, including SF2, I finally got to be that guy who walks up and cannot be beaten... if only for 25 or 30 min
