So the other day a certain sharply angled Telivison Network was airing Pitch-Black 

There was a character name Jack aboord the prison ship that crashed on a dasturdly planet filled with ugly blood thirsty light sensitive ptradactal thingabobbers.

Any ways Jack from Pitch Black looked Exactly like Jack from Mass Effect 2 and 3.  Well exept Pitch Black Jack didn't have tattoos all over.

So My guess is Both Jack's are either the same Jack, or Our Jack is based off the Pitch Black Jack

I had Jack in my renegade playthrough, and then dumped her for Kelly, Tali then Miranda.
Yeah, Pitch Black was a decent movie and I'm pretty sure ME Jack is based off of that Jack. The less said about Chronicles of Riddick, the better...

I like the sets and costumes on Chronicles But the over-all story was just terrible.

Now Jack.. one of the more memorial characters from the series. It's too bad many from ME2 got shafted in ME3 with barley cameo appearances (with the exception of Garrus and Maranda). But the Citadel DLC does go a long way to fixing that.

I loved Jack. Loved Samara too.

Chronicles had some good visuals at least, but yeah..

I heard the new one is just as lame.

I thought Chronicles was quite okay. At least when it came to the action
And the new one is lame? Gotta check some critiques...or better yet, watch the movie

Ugh, so basically, Riddick is another movie I have to lower my expectation before watching...

I watched that movie right after playing Mass Effect and thought about Jack too. Plus, the planet looks like one of those locations for side missions in ME1, with its own archaeological research facility and everything

Pitch Black was aptly named.

About a half hour into that movie that was all I could see, because I was looking at the inside of my eyelids.
