weapon damage, power damage, weapon damage 

Against Rippas you'd be better off with taking headshot damage in passives and taking damage evo 6 in proxy mine instead of shield recharge.

Also you'd probably be better off taking lolreeger than Hurricane 1, as good as the Hurricane is, level 1 isn't the best and at least with lolreeger your guaranteed to hit every shot (as if you can actually miss)

It doesn't suffer hipfire penality, it's more the spread and recoil. However it depends, on GI the recoil is managable, on TSol with all the stability, it's a SMG sniper (seriously try it)

I rarely hipfire with hurricane only when necessary

Pull the trigger, push the aim stick fully into the down position, hold it there. It's like wrestling a bucking bronco all game long... Which is one of the many reasons I hate it.

Lol, you can't be serious; that will significantly cut down
the effectiveness of the hurricane; you either have to stop firing to re-adjust
your aim, or continue firing and keep on pulling the aim button down; on top of
this, this sort of become like the BPP but in this case only a few of your
shots hit the head (if the head of an enemy is an armor), without a doubt this will have a noticeable effect on TTK
for the hurricane + kit.

I really hope what the above poster said about the stability
of the Turian being bugged off host, because that would make me really sad.

Second, I'm the elitist am I? I couldnt care less about anyones skill, and dont give two damns about how people play unlike 90% of BSNers.

I'm also not a L337 player and have never claimed to be, I'm average at most. I made a simple statement about how the hurricane isnt hard to control. Hop off my nuts.

@Yo son, to answer your question, the Turian stability is bugged off host, it can work sometimes but never rely on it. That may be why you're not getting the results you'd expect. Host and you should hopefully see the difference. There's so much broken in this game that you should never be surprised at anything really.

You eventually learn to tame it the more you use it....the fact that it goes up makes headshots easier. I get headshots without even trying with the hurricane...I learned to manage it without stability
