So it was the events in Asunder that set off the Mage-Templar War.

Oh, good point. If I remember, Celene wanted to help Ferelden during the Blight.

Celene was going to political marriage Cailan and gain Ferelden back without firing a shot. :bandit:

And now she's aiming for Alistar...(In my playthough.) A co exsistance is better then an invader.

Like h*ll I am letting that Orlesian woman near my bro Alistair.

I'm sorry but Alister needs to get some.

Sorry, he's taken by my Male Warden:devil::devil::devil::devil:

Using knock out drugs is not a great way to get him and does not count.

Hush, a little magic push was all that I needed.:devil:

I only hate your player agency.

Hahaha, oh you.  I'm sorry that choice bothers you when it disagrees with you.  But please, go back to yelling at people who wanted an option to not be angry at Joker for making a joke.  You know, the thing he does?  Hence the name?

I'm not mad. IIRC, your side was pissy and wanted to change things.

Every bw game has  Viconia.

Yes, but now she's more Viconia than previously.

(Gasp) More Viconia then Viconia?

Not that Viconia.  Maybe more like an experienced Bastilla than Viconia, because Viconia knew what was up and Morrigan was Morriganing through it.  Perhaps she is now like an initial Viconia.

But Bastilla is more of a naive Viconia. I was thinking she may be more of a Silk fox Viconia.

Also, she's of common birth, so flippin' that nobility yo.  :bandit:

My post did not indicate that you were mad.  I suppose the yelling bit could be construed as such, but please, every allegation against you still holds true.  :police:

No no, Bastilla was much more Jaheira who tried to Viconia it a bit but then fell to the ground.

Morrigan is in no way silky nor foxy enough to be Silk Fox.  She's lacks Silk Fox's foxiness.

Alistair is ruled by Eomen, who was outplayed by Anora.  You know what Eomen is?  Certainly not the proletariat.

Winning how, pray tell?

The side whose preferences tend to get upheld by Bioware, generally because they're less utterly malicious.

Have we ever had, IRL, a society where slaves were allowed the same privileges as the ruling class?

To various extents, yes. The rights of slaves differed by society, but some were entitled to own property, read and write, or even learn aristocratic skills such as art and music.

Obviously, these slaves didn't have the full set of privileges of the ruling class. And this wasn't the norm. But it has happened.

Creature of Pride, I see you:innocent:. No, but seriously, get off your high horse. Your preferences have just as much a chance at getting in as any of ours do.

I remeber when Xil didn't want players to be able to side with the Templars in DA:I

Probably still thinks that too

Bioware hasn't established an official "canon" for Dragon Age yet.

They had made their own "established" canon but not an  official canon.

So upheld  perhaps but not dictated.

And you propose tearing down a human insitution that as acted as a safe guard for thedas for countless generations because it supports your own politics, don't hide personal preference behind mortality.

Its a poor mask.

Your preferences, except all the ones that never panned out and the convictions you espoused that were completely off the mark or unfounded and the expectations you have for future events that will almost certainly never be developed or reflected upon, have been upheld.

And the people who disagree with you, you who have in the past defended and advocated massive subversions of justice, aspire to arbitrary and unaccountable authoritarian police states to dictate acceptable opinions, and have actually advocated and defended genocidal race-states and policies on the basis of unverified historic myths, are 'utterly malicious.'

Uh, right Xil. You've 'won.'

I just had this thought. Pride or rage. How many seconds would it take for such a demon to take control of such a person.
