Like sarcastic Hawke or *pause* dramatic murderknife Warden.
I want to have many moments of optional laughter.
You?
I Want to be Weird.

I think Hawke does that regardless of personality, just with different dialogue.Karach_Blade wrote...

Define "weird." Are we talking the character makes strange random noises and does armpits farts. Or are we talking about a PC that acts like they are on the set of a Monty Python movie.

Sarcastic Hawke is the best personality in DA 2, I even made a thread to discuss about Sarcastic Inquisitor Qunari.
But he wasn't weird, he sometimes said things out of place but I don't consider that weird.

So you're a member of the BSN - I'd say mission accomplished.
Yeah - I've taken a lot of cold medication today....just ignore me. Carry on

I don't know that he was weird. Each line was any of three: charming, snarky, or annoyingly facetious.

LOL, although at times I was thinking it was a bit too much, playing sarcastic Hawke was hilarious.
It's also easier to buy supporting Anders, when my character is obviously extremely impulsive and makes very poor life choices, judging by the way she talks to people.

You should google for loverslab. They're into all sorts of weird fetishes, focused mainly on stuff like Skyrim, but they have mods for Bioware games too. Last I saw they had some hacks to have the women run around in corsets, or nude, and mods which make the bruised face ashley and burnt shepard the default appearance during gameplay and all of the cutscenes.
I hope this helps you find whatever you're looking for.

My fantasy PC character is evil, polite and intelligent. I do not want to and will not play a stupid jerkface character.
For those who do not get the distinction:
Evil Jerkface Character: I burnt the orphanage to the ground and now all the little tots have to work in my sweatshop! My orc supervisors flog them within an inch of their lives if they slack off the least little bit! Bwa ha ha ha ha ha!
Polite Intelligent Evil Character: After due thought, we repositioned the parent deficient children into open air housing. We have also begun trying to accommodate them to adulthood by teaching them valuable life skills. As part of this, we use only non-human minority race guidance counselors who use a dual mode motivational system. By doing this we have met our diversity goals and enriched the children's environment by exposing them to another culture.

I enjoy wacky humor in my PCs. A little craziness would be a lot of fun too. I'm not much into murder-knifing characters on a whim, it's just not my cup of tea, but having opportunities for my character to behave wacky or strange would be pretty fun.

No, it's only sarcastic Hawke. It's when you find Samous (?) dead in the Chantry and have to fight off Sister Petrice's followers.
Quite hilarious.

I do love the bizarreness of Sarcastic Hawke, but I'm not sure it would work with the Inquisitor. From what I've seen, it looks like they're supposed to be (or become) some great authority, with influence everywhere and whatnot (much like the Warden, who wasn't capable of such unrestrained lunatic ramblings as Hawke). Hawke on the other hand who was a random wack-a-doo who happened to be involved in things due to the fact that a) she lived there, and
pure accident/coincidence/luck. With the exception of the Deep Roads expedition.
There was room for Hawke to be a little dotty, but I'm not sure the Inquisitor would have the same luxury.
