Possessed abominations come to mind of course for the explosions, especially if I can lash/lift/throw them somewhere interesting. Most fun to fight are Phantoms due to the variety of their offensive and defensive moves and abilities.

Ok, sync kill is cheap, but the concept - very low hit points for a boss (yes I know, DR...), easy to swat aside with the right combo/tactic, but offensively very dangerous.

I like glass cannon enemy units - easy to kill in a few moves, but deadly to you if you make more than a couple of mistakes.

I see Phantom is high up there. If it wasn't for the Possessed Abomination BOOM, it would be onhost Phantom and then Dragoons for me.
