2. More RPG element ME 1 got action and RPG right even though the gameplay was yeah.
3. Keep the gameplay seriously ME 3 was great when it comes to gameplay. Nothing is perfect humanshields I mean it pretty much plays like Gears reason I loved 2.
4. Make choices count there was moments in 3 long before the ending that meant that your choices in 1 and 2 mean nothing.
5. Improve the weapon customising it was great seeing it back but could be improved like in MP.
6. KROGANS
I think my post is more of a wish list oh well.

2. Expanded dialogue wheel, it's one of Mass Effect's best features so I don't know why Bioware used a cut-down version in ME3. Bring back the neutral dialogue option and have more dialogue in general.
3. No 'Galaxy at War', keep single-player and multiplayer separate. I wasn't a fan of the EMS system and didn't like having to boost my galactic readiness when I just wanted to continue with the story.
That's only three but the others I had (ending, RPG elements, customisation) have already been said.

2/ Keep the team who wrote the game bulk writing the ending. If you plan to write the end of a story all to yourself, do the work with the rest of the game for consistency. Sit down when devising new arc and come up with an ending before you begin.
3/ Stop hypersexualizing the female player character. Shepard's dialogue was fine, expanding her bust between games and so on wasn't. The dress was the height of tacky- I've seen normal dresses worn by for example the Asari counselor I'd kill for with my Shepards. And if you are going to have same sex female love interests, do an equal number of same sex male interests for male Shepard. It doesn't come off as equal rights, it comes off as some teenaged boy's sex dreams.
4/ Patch your games when it comes to game breakers. For example Omega introduced a bug where I need to do a whole song and dance to connect online. I've still got to repeat if I want to update my registered content's DLC list with the rest of the DLC because the game literally hangs on 360 with checking content when online.
5/ Make proper divergent endings from an actual good ending to a 'you lose' ending. There was none in ME3.
6/ Offer an in-store and across countries released all-DLC physical packs tied to our accounts for activation. Not only does it save whipping out the credit card but with new gen almost here, DLC game content is going to get bigger not smaller. Most of us are willing to sink money into it but bandwidth is starting to be a killer. I get 14 GB per month and I needed to split ME3s DLC for 360 across months because it was about that all up or slightly bigger. This is going to be a problem until bandwidth becomes universally cheap as dirt.

No starchildren.
Make choices count. (Bioware actualy had that planned out before EfAil bought them out.)
Focus less on sexing up the characters.
(And one I just thought up now) Test the game BEFORE YOU RELEASE IT. (Cant tell you how meny times the game crashed my system cause the game was literaly broken with tones of bugs.)

No introducing characters in the second game if they wont be in the next.
No pointless characters like that reporter chick.
No open ended endings that leave your consumer in a WTF state.
No combining online and single player. (honestly that was #3 on my list.)
So yeah thats the end of my rant lol. Needless to say Everything ME3 did in this game was wrong.

2) Players want to be able to define their own characters That's the heart of roleplaying.
3) Earn Your Happy Ending is fine, but that means there has to be a happy ending to earn. V
4) There is a difference between no right choice and no good choice.
5) Plan out your storyarcs. That cannot be emphasized enough. Have a clue where the story is going.
6) If you boast lots of outcomes, be ready to back that claim.

The only thing I would say is:
They seem to be moving into a new universe (what I'm reading from their updates). I would ask that they not. They've created an excellent universe with great races taht are relatable and recognizable. No need to start over from scratch.
I agree with the ME3 gameplay being the best. ME1 RPG element were the best.
Bring back multiplayer in the same format, but maybe add some other options. e.q. new objectives, new game modes. How about this, have two teams racing to perform tasks and eliminate enemies faster than the other team? Just a thought.
Revamp the MP store a little. either increase the UR drop or give us a UR pack that costs a LOT but guarantees a UR card.
Other than that, Degrees got everytthing right.

Just focus on making a great game. Get the great reviews from the press and more importantly get something that will allow you to get high user reviews. If you want to draw in new customers, before release is the worse time because chances are they're not paying attention to your pitch and your current fan base just ends up irritated and/or skeptical. Personally I heard of Mass Effect by randomly browsing on forums after it was released.
2. Please think out any and all endings before hand. Ironically enough this pre-release quote from Mack Walters ME3 ending should serve as the template.
“I’m always leery of saying there are ‘optimal’ endings, because I think
one of the things we do try to do is make different endings that are
optimal for different people “
3. Make sure big choices really matter. It's fine, even preferable, to have little side events that don't have huge consequences but if you build up something like the Collector Base schematics only to have it be a passing mention in the next game, well thats just a waste.
4. Bring back a lot of the more recent voice actors. Much more obvious if it ends up being a parallel universe but I'm sure no one will cry if it's all new characters and races with many of the same VA.
5. Avoid A-Listers for major parts. Sure it's cool having well known people do parts. However if it limits what you can do either because a character you've established is too hard to schedule for recording or puts to much strain on your budget then it hurts the product. I imagine this might be part of the reason Miranda was a supporting character instead of a squad mate. I know it was said that Martin Sheen also was difficult to arrange studio time for.
6. DLC is fine. Heck I think as a whole the fan base even encourages it. However please no Day 1 paid DLC unless it's useless cosmetic items. Then again even Dead Space 3 got ripped for trying to pull that off. At the very least approach the next Mass Effects life cycle like a marathon and not a sprint. You don't need to rake in every last penny ASAP.
