My prediction of the end game twist:

The main character protagonist will BE Flemeth, or a part of her anyways. This part has forgotten who she really is.

We know Flemeth can split herself into pieces right, perhaps the main part of Flemeth is the one tearing the Veil. The end game decision will do you help her merge the fade and the "real" world into one, or fight yourself...
