Wasn't he the first Geth to present the Geth turret? And also, about the Geth Turret, I can see why you don't really use it, because that turret goes down just as easily as other turrets do.

If you really wanted to take it much farther, you should've spec'd Melee over Health & Shields. I would love to do this to them, but I'd be a major srcub against them...

Caster/hybrid You can use lancer, harrier, GPR, hurricane, paladin, talon,sabre, other shotguns aswell instead of the CSMG
Geth Shotty
Other shotty
Turret You can use the typhoon aswell
Medic Deploy your turret, shoot charged venom shot, revive fallen commrade, chain overload to create an escape route

The quality of PUGs way back when the first DLC hit inspired this build. It has aged pretty well, IMO; good at both keeping people alive and dealing decent damage (especially after the explosions revamp), but it isn't the highest DPS GE build out there, nor is it as good at keeping people alive as a dedicated medic Volus. Lots of fun, regardless. Solid, if not tanky; HM's speed + wallhax keeps you alive more than the fitness; to that end, you can pull points from fitness and pour them into HM or Passives, but only do that if you're hosting/play regularly with a decent host. Off host damage from some sources can down you pretty quick on a low fitness build (see: lolector Captain).
This particular build is specced for Gold, but works pretty well on Platinum too, though I'd recommend switching from the Paladin to a CSMG or one of the better ARs.
Also works really well in tandem with other engineers; FQE + GE explosion team = tear to the eye.

Yes. Don't get me wrong - the Geth Turret is really good, and it's awesome if you put 6 ranks in to it, but I don't use it enough to justify maxing it. I mainly use it to restore my shields and maybe draw some aggro if I'm left to solo a wave, but it's not a priority power for me.johnnythao89 wrote...

I've been doing this a lot (with no Hunter Mode though) and it just feels so right.

Edit: Not sure why I didn't mention the GPS...that gun is amazing on the GE.
