Hello everyone. I got this game on release day, but haven't really had the time to play it yet. I was wondering if someone could please answer me a few questions. Are there any mods for this game? If so are there any mods that are a must have while playing through this game? Any graphical enhancement mods? When is it good to start the DLC's? My last question is what would be the best or most easiest class to play at a harder difficult? I would prefer a class that can hack and slash his way through with not much pausing needed.
Thank you so much for reading everyone. Take care of yourselves and I look forward to reading your replies.
Would LOVE some help. Thank you! <3

As to mods, you should probably take a look at the nexus.
The DLCs then, technically you can play them at any time after you arrive in Kirkwall. Storywise, I prefer MotA in act 3. It makes most sense there. For Legacy, it doesn't matter as much. I've played it at least once in each act, although it can be a bit tricky at low levels (especially the bosses). Note that the dialogue in both DLCs changes depending on which act you play them in. You can also play the DLC after you've finished the main storyline.
As to classes, I prefer mages myself, but this is very much a matter of personal preference. Friendly fire is the biggest concern on nightmare difficulty. You need to pay extra attention not only to your own actions, but also to those of your party members. Also note that potions now have significant cooldowns in DA2 (30 secs for health potion),

Hello caradoc2000. Thank you so much for your reply. I want to play a warrior class. Also can Merrill become a spirit healer with this mod? Complete specialisation for companions. If you go to the top files it is the very first one. Thank you for your reply.

I play on Xbox, so I don't use mods myself, but I would guess the mod open up all specialisations, the description might tell you waht exactly it does.

I just realized no matter what you do you can NOT give spirit healer tree to anyone buy hawke. It is so stupid, but oh well. Your companions can not get specialization points so when you mod in the spirit healing tree you can't do anything with it since you need a specialization point to start the tree. I gave Merrill creating tree and I think that should be enough.
