Stop telling me I modded my weapon and prove to me I did.
For example:
Engineer:
1687.5 shields
1687.5 health
3 headshots "almost" kills him.
Argus: passives, dev mode, AR amp, headshot passive 20% = 2.075* to weapon damage.
206 damage base (see balance changes) 206*2.075 = 427 damage per hit, 1068 damage per headshot.
First shot resolved instantly:
1687.5 (engineer shields) - 1068 damage (first headshot) = 619.5 shields left
619.5 -619.5 = 0 shields left, damage carried over from second headshot onto health: 1060 - 619.5 = 440.5
440.5 headshot damage affected by gold shield gate (0.25*) = 110 damage carried over onto health.
2nd headshot leaves engineer at 1687.5 - 110 health = 1577 health.
3rd headshot: 1577 - 1068 = 509 health left.
1687.5 / 10 = 168.75, each "health bar chunk" is representative of 168 health.
509 / 168 = 3 "bars" of health left.
Feel free to double check my maths, and cross reference this to 9:35 in the video.

There is no modded fire rate, again check this yourself.
