So to summarize:

Anno did a 21 minute Gold run with Argus and Piranha (for Atlases) with NO spawn nuking and NO pizza running with a slow-ass Destroyer with a mod that as Cyonan says and I quote: "You mean this "BS" that makes his game considerably harder?"

Okay. We'll fly with that. So judging by this, if Anno played a standard (much easier) game WITH rockets and RAN with pizzas + put his try hard pants on - he could go for what? 17 minutes? Sub 17? Let's say 17. Okay.

Now god forbid he used AC. So that's what? Sub 16? 15? With an ARGUS.

Cool. Now let's say we give him something along the lines of Harrier or Typhoon or Hurricane or PPR or Talon.

Cos, you know - on paper they are a lot more powerful and better.

So now what do we get? 17 minutes with no rockets with a Harrier? 14 with rockets and something like 12 with AC?

I'm sorry Heldarion, Hendrix, D_Naught, Sirian or whoever else I'm failing to mention right now but GG NO RE - you get your ass handed by Anno with no sweat. Your sub 14's are too scrubby for him. And he's probably holding off to not embarrass you.

Just out of curiosity where are your videos? Where's your sub 14 Air Quotes? If you have a YouTube then please link it, the only evidence I have of your skill level is that livestream with FTFTL and I must say that was less than favorable in terms of displaying your skill.

So please, if you have evidence to the contrary I would love to see it. It seems like everyone in this thread has posted videos of themselves playing except you.

I also just done a test with dying immediately, medigeling and getting sync-killed as I was getting up. Guess what - I stayed dead.

i'm going to wager also, basedo n other similar functionality, that this invulnerability period is *not* affected bty the global speed modifier... so it's goign to be easier to trigger on hgiher difficulties, and even easier with anno's global speed mods (since that *does* alter the animation time i think).

There are 2 types of modders . One that does it but refuses to admit to it only to be found out and those who openly admit to it because they are looking to give some variety to the game. Anomander is one of the latter and can not be put in the same category as the former. No reason not to trust him until proven otherwise and I have not seen any evidence to that effect
