For me it would be a tie between Garrus, Shepard and Liara. Shepard would be an easy choice as you can create him yourself for quite a large part. As to Garrus and Liara, they're a valuable part of the experience for me as both of them were there from the very beginning and have a lot of dialogue with Shepard, which really creates an awesome feeling of friendship and bonding.

Strictly in ME3? I don't have a single favorite. I like Miranda and Javik the best. They both have their ups and downs during the game (Miranda's low points are much worse than Javik's, though). Both of their content sets in the Citadel DLC are phenomenal.
Javik and Miranda make probably the best squad in the game for Sentinel Shepard.
Javik had the best Citadel moment hands down.

If we're talking ME3 only, my favorite is definitely Eve/Urndot Bakara. Being the first female krogan we're introduced to, she is an incredibly strong character. I wept happy man tears as she gave that speech to unite the krogan clans.
And speaking of strong, she can fire a claymore twice without reloading!

Ashley of course, although they could have done more with her story wise in ME3. Anderson I've always seen as somewhat of a mentor or father figure, really liked him.pablodomi wrote...
