Good day to all. :wizard:

First of all, I'd like to thank Bioware for such a great game. It has its flaws, but is better than most. I loved it !

Now I have a problem, so here I come.

I first installed the game as is, without using any downloadable content (with all the patches, though), and finished all 6 possible intros and the game itself once, like that. Yesterday I decided to register the game, and to "redeem" my promotional codes for blood armor and The Stone Prisonner DLCs. I then had 886 points available from what I can remember.
Everything went well, I downloaded the contents, but then noticed I had 0 (zero) points left, event though my points should have remained, since I downloaded from a promotional code.

Since then, I have been unable to regain those points, either in-game or on my profile on the website. I recruited Shale and earned the achievement thereof (it shows on my profile), but still no points would show in-game.

I am then unable to download the Warden's Keep DLC, which was my priority.

I have tried a number of things from those forums, including manually install the DLC, but then it predictably shows "unauthorized" (the DA service is running normally) on the installed DLC tab.

Now I am at a loss at how to regain my lost points and play The Warden's Keep. :(

Can someone help ?

Check your Point Statement, are the points there, and if they're not it should show what happened to them.

Thank you for answering. When I click on your link, I am redirected to my "recent activity" webpage, with the last day's activity (achievements unlocked and my loging in to the forum, nothing else, not even yesterday's downloading and installing of the Stone's Prisonner).

Maybe it will be useful to someone to note that my account does not show my characters at all (I did a few normal saves for the one I am currently playing yesterday). On the profile diagnostics, I get an "Error Code 1000 - No characters were found in your on-line storage" message for characters.

Sorry the link didn't work. What I did to go there was go to the Add Bioware Points page, login to the points website, and go to the Points Statement Page.

OK, thanks. I went there, and they say I have 0 Bioware points, and no transactions registered.

Just to be clear, you did *buy* points right? Because the purchase should show up on the statement as well, and your credit card company should have a record of the transaction if your points aren't there. Points you get from Achievements are different, and can't be used to purchase DLC.

No, the points that showed were not bought. I think they were the points gathered from all my achievements (I understand that is the first way to get points). I saw I had hundreds of points (some 880-something, from what I remember). They showed until I registered my game, entered the redeem code for the Stone's Prisonner, and I launched the game. Then it automatically began to download The Stone's Prisonner, and I had no points left.

So, if I had not entered the redeem code, I would still have my points, and I probably could have had the Warden's Keep DLC, and then only enter the redeem code and get everything. A shame, really, but I still hope to either get those points back, or get the Keep in some other way.

You can't use the points you get from achivements to buy DLC content You must purchase Bioware Points with real money.
