Response: Simply refrain from utilizing the XV-8 Crisis suit’s “Devastator Mode” and the included Mark-35 Cobra Anti-Personnel Autotarget Missile System during training exercises. Instead, leave the suit in “Powered Standby” mode, as available following firmware update 2.01.5. “Devastator Mode” was intended as a combat option only, and please treat it as such. Several instructors have reported it as being extremely disruptive during non-simulation PT runs, and we are sure you can see the issue in leaving it activated while in line at the mess hall.

--Upon reviewing your order, our records showed that a N7 Shadow operative (Jensen SN-42637) is already stationed with your expeditionary force on Ontarom. Therefore, we have denied your request for two reasons.
Primarily, you have received neither basic nor advanced proficiency training with the Armax Arsenal "Shroud-class" Broad-Spectrum Cloaking Net System, the Hahne-Kedar Personal Mobility Enhancement Amp chipset, or the Kestrel Combat Solutions CQC Monomolecular Blade (EM-fused, advanced anti-shield capability "Sundershock" variant, 38" single-edge design) As this equipment is very expensive, and is in short supply, your comrade would make more efficient use of these resources.
Secondarily, "a goddamn invisible zappysword just like that [redacted] has" is not a valid requisition order.

Complaint: Repeated entry into the female latrine
Response: We are aware that asari military facilities on Thessia are not constructed with dual-gender accommodations in mind, and accidental entry into the female latrine is, on occasion, forgivable, seeing as all our operatives are expected to display professional decorum. However, please stop specifically trying to enter undetected, and instead follow the posted signage to the prefab complex where the male latrines are located.--
Complaint: Repeated teleportation into mess hall et al. communal facilities
Response: This behavior needs to stop immediately. Though the tentatively-titled “Combat Translocation” feature of the L5n.3.1.5 implant firmware has many fascinating applications, teleporting into the barracks at 0300 hours while uttering a series of bloodcurdling screams is not an example of an approved training activity. Due to multiple formal complaints and property damage caused by startled operatives, as well as an official breach of the Biotics Acceptable Use Code, you are ordered to immediately cease and desist.
Follow-up: A startling number of discarded pieces of Geth armor were confiscated from SN-65489’s quarters.--
Complaint: Use of “Biotic Charge” during recreational activitiesResponse: Your base engineers and medical staff are aware of a glitch in the activation limiter of the L5n.3.0.9 implant firmware that caused operatives to sometime accidentally trigger biotics via mundane gestures not intended to activate the implant. However, that was one of the bugs fixed in the 3.1.0 update. We have reviewed your claims that “Charging” into SSgt. Clemens during Capture-the-Drone was “an accident,” and though there is no evidence to suggest that his “looking like a Cerby” triggered a subconscious use of biotics, we suggest that you speak to the tech staff regarding a limiter recalibration.
Follow-up: SN-65489 did not contact Firebase Goddess medical staff per recommendation.
Complaint: Repeated use of “Phase Disruptor” during downtime
Response: Though loosened security measures have allowed pests to stow away aboard supply shipments, including the pyjack pseudosimian endemic to Tuchanka, there are already measures in place to deal with this issue. Base personnel have reported that your use of full-power Mark-23 Gauntlet-Mounted Offensive Barrier Projection System blasts to “vape the ****ers” is extremely disruptive. Instead, contact Base Housing to requisition an approved non-lethal trap or to file a sanitation request.
Follow-up: Requests by his commanding officer to preemptively confiscate SN-65489’s Cobra Anti-Armor Missile System were granted.
Complaint: Repeated requests to other operatives for meal preparation
Response: You are hereby ordered to cease and desist any and all requests of this sort, and that any further communication will be viewed as harassment of base personnel. Besides, it is extremely unlikely that multiple applications of either 6.3 million-degree plasma packets or near-absolute-zero cryogenic superfluid sprays will result in your MRE’s temperature being “just right.”
Follow-up: SN-65489 has replaced these instances with requests for the Engineer to “top off his power cells” with a combat-grade “Overload.”

Re: Alternate Sidearm
--This is to inform you that we are unable to fulfill your request at this time. While we have recently fielded limited numbers of the Mark-23 Gauntlet-Mounted Offensive Barrier Projection System to select operatives, certain design limitations prevent it from being distributed widely at this point. Also, its use is limited to those equipped with L5n implants installed with 3.0.75 firmware. Issues with power transfer, large-load capacitors, and projectile acceleration without the standard EM driver coils found in most weapons prevent its use by operatives not capable of advanced barrier generation and control. If you are in need of an additional sidearm, contact Base Requisition for options.
Please note that we considered your previously-issued Alliance Military Arms “Eagle” automag pistol to be an adequate weapon, and are puzzled by your repeated requests for a different model.
