 Greetings fellow gamers.

Now,before I post this,I know this probablly isn't the right forum for this, but I am looking more for directions then technicall support.

A few minutes back I was purchasing the DLC for rest the trilogy.
To cut the point,at one point I had 1360 Bioware points left, which were planned to purchase Leviathan for 800 and Arrival for 560 points.
However, after purchasing The Arrival for 560 (800 left, for Levaithan, right??) an error message appeared, informing me that there was an error in the purchase, however, not explaining what exactly was wrong. As there was no return link,I naively went back,to purchase it again.
Of course, the message appeared again, however, checking back to the Registered Games I realized The Arrival had been succesfully registered.
Great! Now I just need to purchase Leviathan for the remaining 800 points,am I right?
Nope.
Due to the error, and the fact that you simply can't buy 2 exact same DLC's,Bioware's site ate another 560 points and spent them on nothing, leaving me with only 240.Previous purchases went smoothly,so I honestly had no idea something like this would have happened.
So basicly,to restore my 800 points,I have no literally pay 6€ for something I already rightfully own.And honestly,I DO NO,simply DO NOT intend to do so just because Bioware isn't capable of keeping their damn site in order.

So......would Bioware/EA be willing to even assit me for something like this,or am I just forced to pay even more?
If so,who is it?Billing, game support or someone else?Honestly,if possible I would like to avoid jumping from support to support with each sending me copy-paste messages and telling me to contact someone else.

Also, apologies for such an angry letter, but things like this simply make me mad.Plain and simple.

Technical issues can be taken to EA Support or EA Answer HQ. Thank you.

End of line.
