I've tried it since on all different characters with geth scanner.

Then I went back to the GI.
So much delicious...

When you say + BE; my understanding is that if you detonate DC with wrap DC is removed right? if not, then I been doing it wrong. Also if wrap acts like a detonator, it doesnt apply the 15 percent damage boost right?

Also your ideal of wrap + DC for a dps boost on DC seems somewhat impratical because of the lengthy CD from Javalin.

Also, what do you guys mean when you say that the geth racial bonus is multiplicative? so is not a total of 32.50 damage bonus total with the jav?

Settling on a single type of cheese is silly. Smörgåsbords are the way to go so you can have many types of cheese along with many other dilicous foods. Just make sure you remember the pickled herring.

As for the Javelin being "exclusive" to the GI, most people probably do this because of the geth weapon passives. I rarely use the Javelin at all but that is because my GI is a shotgun build and for sniping I find the Kishock to be far more fun.

10% multiplicative damage bonus >> 10% additive damage bonus

In this case the GI's racial bonus is greater than the DI's 10% weapon bonus it has over GI in weapon passives.

What exactly is it mutiplying with? 10 percent of the base damage of Jav?
