...If he was still alive, I'd suggest Heath Ledger.

Henry Cavill or no one.
This is the only important celebrity cameo, make it happen Bioware or you will never get in the Henry Cavill demographic.

Okay what's with the Henry Cavill demographic? I'm confused.

If you want an actual game making celebrity, then how about mr. John Romero or John Carmac from the old ID-software. There are plenty of others too, like Richard Garriott, Peter Molyneux, Warren Spector, Al Lowe and so on. Not to mention all the people who work, or have worked with Bioware games.
If you count actors etc. as gaming celebrities, then how about ms. Tomb Raider Angelina Jolie, or Milla Jovovics or Vin Diesel. To have some fun with the fans expectations, how about Uwe Boll, but only as voice actor/cameo

If they brought Keith David in and had him say that, I'd name my Inquisitor Ramirez in a heartbeat.

You know who games need as voice talent? Actual voice actors. Not celebrity movie stars who cost 10 times more and can act, at best, at the same level.

I would suggest Sean Bean for some of the most frequent redshirt NPCs, but that would just be for the face and not the voice.

Rofl, then I'm kinda glad FPJ got the role instead; I would never be able to take James seriously if I knew Jesse had the voice behind his face.

I saw the photo of Steven Segal which of course made me think of a demon voiced as Arnold Schwarzenegger saying "I'll be back"

So long as it is an actual celebrity, and not some loser webseries idiot like Felicia Day or Yathzee from Zero Punctuation. Somebody of Martin Sheen's calibre.

John Barrowman as the male inquisitor. You wanted different accents as appropriate for your potential inquisitors, boom.
Oh hell yes!
Though I'm guessing it'd be more expensive to get that one, and both Felicia Day and Jessica Chobot love games - I'm not sure he does.
How about Nathan Fillion for sarcastic Inquisitor?
