 Clasically there will be four - at worst - three LIs.
1) Itsy-bitsy Vivenne (similiar to Morrigan) OR tsundere Cassandra (similiar to tsundere Fenris)
2) Sex-obssessed/vulgar rogue Sera (similiar to Zevran and Isabella damn she even looks like their daughter)
3) Angsty-sweet blonde Cullen (similiar to Alistair and Anders) 
4) Sweet magister Dorian/that-bald-elf-from-concept-arts (similiar to Lelianna and Merril) 
If I we are lucky this time we'll get someone fresh - the unnamed Warden (he's brunnete, so unlikely, but still) or even the Iron Bull (how the fangirls will handle this XD?). No Varrik though, let's face it, he's too good for us

There's absolutely no way that anyone they bring back from previous games (and are followers now) are not going to be romanceable. So to me, Varric and Cassandra are a given. Keeping my fingers crossed for Cullen, who isn't officially a companion, yet, but I'm hoping for more of the character growth we saw for him in DA2 (because 'Origins' Cullen was just creepy).

To be honest. if even two LIs are from the previous games (like it was in DA2) I will be strongly disappointed.
And no, Varrik 95% won't be LI, since apparently even Bianca isn't dead yet

With dwarves one of the playable races, you're still certain Varric won't be romanceable? A bold statement.

1-Vivienne doesn't strike me as an option, but Cassandra is obvious.

2-Sera seems like the perfect female elf candidate that differs from Merrill (the only
female elf romance thus far) and has something from other characters (Isabela,
Zevran...).

3-Cullen will be a LI if he’s a companion, too many people demand it. He is the perfect
handsome gallant (Alistair) tormented character (Anders, Fenris...) everyone
loves. BONUS: adds drama if you’re a mage.

4-Dorian?...I don’t know.

Another possibility is Varric, has a lot of fans and he could be the first dwarf
romance ever (I also have a crush on him, so I’m a little bit biased). Vianca
could be alive, yes, but not every romance begins smoothly... what? I can
dream.



My bet:
Females: Cass and Sera
Males: Cullen and Varric

Well, you'll have to deal with Bianca first. Or it will end veeerrryyy awkwardly. He's a loyal mate, ya know

I might be in the minority here, but personally, I'd like to know as little as possible about something as specific as who is actually romanceable.

Firstly, I think the overemphasising of romances as a legitimate and almost technical gameplay mechanic some people seem to give it on the BSN lessens the emotional value it should carry. Also it makes me view the characters in a completely different light before you even talk to them the first time - As opposed to the first time I played DA:O for example, I didn't "work" my way to it as I would plan my character's class skillset. The sudden turn in conversation with Morrigan then really caught me by surprise, in a very natural way and thus made it ever more meaningful.

I know it's my own responsibility to avoid spoilers, and I'm not even saying there should be less or no romance content. I just think personally, just like in real life, the thrill is not knowing but discovering instead.

I thought Bianca was dead, or at least Varric thinks she is. My dwarf inquisitor will be hotter then her anyway. But honestly I'm more 50/50 on Varric.

As for others Cassandra yes as she's the dark mysterious female character. Like Morrigan in DA:O and Isabela in DA:2.

Vivienne might be the games Aveline but who knows.

Everyone else hasn't been fully confirmed yet so can't really say with them. I'm hoping there will be some NPC's you can romance like Samantha and Steve in ME3. That was an interesting idea.

That worked fine in ME3, not sure it would work at all in DAI

I think it's a little funny that everyone is basically saying what version of the 5 stock character personalities Bioware has in all their games. I'm hoping for something different, but I doubt it.

That's the point of my post XD. It seems they just reuse LI types. I hope they'll make sth new this time

Seriously what is with all the blond guys? Seriously.
The biggest issue with Grey Warden would be his age.  Not for me personally, but it may keep Bioware from making him one. Of the not officially confirmed companions he's the one I would most like to be a LI.

There is some kind of a tale/fable/story that a wife of a Bioware writer left him for some brunette guy and that's why they will never make a brunnette male LI...
...I wonder if it's just a rumour
