Seriously what is with all the blond guys? Seriously.
The biggest issue with Grey Warden would be his age.  Not for me personally, but it may keep Bioware from making him one. Of the not officially confirmed companions he's the one I would most like to be a LI.

There is some kind of a tale/fable/story that a wife of a Bioware writer left him for some brunette guy and that's why they will never make a brunnette male LI...

That was a mis-type on my part.  I know that 9 are confirmed and have no good reason why I put 10.  Wishful thinking?  Point still stands.  I think there will be more than 4 LI's.

My prediction:

Female LI's: Cassandra, Sera

Male LI's: Elf mage, unannounced human rogue.

My guesses, (in order of likeliness in my opinion, and first two for each gender are the firm guesses):

Sera, (token elf and 'easy' romance, though probably less obvious about it than Zevran and Isabela)

Cullen, (just because the Cullen fans would revolt and come charging into the Palace Of Edmonton screaming for Gaider's head on a stick. The way things are going, I would probably join them, their influence is insidious)

Cassandra, (I think they know people want a woman warrior LI. Plus she's a royal, and would fill the royal LI slot)

Dorian, (though I have doubts he will actually be a companion, my guesses are lacking a bit of magic, especially when mages are pivotal at this point in time)

Vivienne, (Cassandra narrowly beats her actually in my guess. She was nearly First Enchanter, implying age, her silly hats may indicate a mild case of female pattern baldness, but she be so classy! And I find it weird we haven't had a mage LI who hasn't threatened us with fireballs to the face yet)

Mr Grey Warden, (Interesting concept art, but he's old looking, so same problem with Vivienne really. Also the problem with the Calling, though potentially adorables/heartbreaking in romance! More I think about it, more I want him and Vivienne together, hehe!)

Iron Bull, (A qunari romance would have it's challenges after all. Particularly with a female dwarf, though I imagine he might enjoy that actually.)

Varric, (Bianca's the only girl for him and with the fact she may well still be alive....)

We know so little about Sera but she's already the most appealing to me. :S

Hopefully we'll actually be able to get with a female elf as an elf this time.

For the women I'd guess Cassandra and Sera, with Vivienne being the top "Why no romance, Bioware?" character for the game.

And I think Varric will be a romance, based on the revisions to his appearance and Bioware's willingness to respond to consumer demand. And I don't believe Iron Bull will be one.

It wouldn't surprise me to see another dashing rogue LI, like Zevran and Daario Naharis from Game of Thrones.
Kind of a counter to the sweet and somewhat naïve knights, like Alistair and Cullen.
As for female romances I'm going to have to go with Cassandra and Sera - though I still think it'd be nice to have the option to reunite Cassandra and Galyan.
Though the latter will probably conveniently be dead or treated as having never existed since characters from spinoff movies rarely (never?) get acknowledged in the games themselves.
