This is going to be my last run through for quite a while and I want to set up different scenarios for ME3. Specifically, I have never romanced Jack before, so I want to do that. But I also want to romance Tali and watch the fur fly btw her and Ash (I romanced Ash in ME1). So I need to do two romances. The first romance will be with Jack which we will (I assume) consumate when we enter the Omega 4 relay. So what comes next?

After the SM is done I will make a save with the Jack romance active.

Now it is time to move on to Tali. To do this without messing up either romance do you have to avoid talking to Tali after her trial until you are ready to commence the romance? (i.e. in order to not mess up the Jack romance, do I need to avoid Tali after the trial until I consumate the Jack romance and make a save?)

Once I commence romancing Tali, what happens with the Jack stuff?

After the romance with Tali is consumated I will make a second save. How does having had two romances in ME2 effect things in ME3? I take it that with the second (Tali) save Tali will be flagged as my ME2 LI?

You would have to break up with Jack in ME2 after the suicide mission in order to lock in Tali.

How do you "break up?" Also, when would it be safe to talk to Tali? Only after the SM and my Jack save?
