 This thread is to show your support for our favorite upbeat Legion of the Dead girl!  Please Bioware bring back this great character in DAI.  In a perfect world she would come back as a companion! But more realstically please have her at least show up as an agent or cameo of some sort.

She dies regardless of what you do, IIRC.

I don't want her in Inquisition (at least not if she went in the DR by herself), because I want to recreate her as one of my inquisitors

How's that? I thought the option was between her dying if you left her at Keep, upgrades notwithstanding, or her surviving but later leaving to (presumably) join her dead brethren in the Deep Roads.

If you get high approval and then tell her you don't want to lose a friend in the little friendship cutscene, the epilogue says the warden always came up with things for her to do so that she would keep putting off her calling.

I thought Sigrun was great and if she was in my party, I would be happy. I get the feeling that she won't though, but I really hope she does turn up in DAI in some capacity.

It would be nice to have a female dwarf in the party, if I'm honest. I really missed them in DA2.

Can she only survive if you take her with you to the final battle? Because she always died for me regardless of approval if left at the (upgraded!) keep, and only had more ending slides when I took her with me to face the mother.

I liked Sigrun (especially with Ogren) but in order to make her a permanent party member with full fleshed out stories we would need another theoretical retcon for some players, unless Bioware reps were serious when they were talking about them being now unafraid of content no one might ever see

She always survived for me but then again I always took her to battle with me....ALWAYS....so I am not 100% sure if her survival depends on her coming with you to fight the mother

I think so yes. So does Justice, and Velanna always gets squashed.

Shoulda brought her anyway, she volunteered. :3

My usual ending for her is that, with certain death approaching, she did not run. There's a better loophole there than Anders' "I used a body double." However, it is possible for the Warden Commander to keep her from taking her calling by sending her on errands. It's probably in that capacity that we would find her, something like a "Finding Nathanial" quest, where we just kind of run into her in the deep roads.

That would work, really. We're going to the deep roads at least once, this is a DA game after all. Perhaps if she lives we bump into her and she's like, "Hi, I'm on a mission to for the Warden-Commander. Care to help out?"

Well, an import dependent cameo would be nice if the Inquisition takes us that direction. Sigrun was my favourite character in Awakenings. I'm guessing it's a little late to ask now, though.

Sigrun is very popular, apparently. I would be surprised if they didn't give her a cameo, likely going to her Calling in the deep roads or on a mission for the commander.

Alternatively, I'd kill for another character voiced by Natalia Cigliuti.

i wouldnt oppose her making a cameo but i could never stop her in my playthrus from dying in the deep roads.

Awakening seems to have some variation based upon whether your warden defends the keep or the city and who is in your party.
In my Awakening Velanna disappeared and is presumed dead, although her body wasn't found..
I may play it again at some point and see if my ending is different.
Yes, I would like to see Sigrun again.

I really hope she makes a brief cameo at least. She's my favorite DA character.
