Dual-welding warriors to make a return?

Please Bioware, consider bringing back dual-wielding warriors. I know there's a fair bit of added work, but I think it would be worth it, and their return would help balm some of the sting of DA2 (which I did enjoy overall, though it admittedly had its failings).

It made NO sense to restrict warriors that way in DA2
And all to make rogues more relevant...ugh
(also this is perhaps my third most wanted feature)

They are considering this but have said that dual wielding is more a rogue thing than a warrior one so i'm not sure how likely it is.
Where's the logic behind that, Bioware?

However, I do understand the shift to make rogues relevant. I found the class utterly unplayable in DAO. But then in DA2, rogues were my first two characters and they were awesome to play.

I enjoyed my dual wielding City Elf Warrior/Templar/Champion a lot, fighting side by side with Alistair and bring that Templar Smite to everyone that had it coming!

Dual wielding leads to swooping?
For Warriors at least.

So it would be great to see this return.

There's lots of stuff they can do to make Rogues stand out besides dual-wielding and opening stuff.

no, the warriors' damage output even on single target should be greater, balancing that is what backstabs and tricks are forIndomitusRex wrote...
How to make Rogues more relevant, but not at the expense of dual-wielding Warriors? Overall damage output should be similar, but make them different. Make dual-wielding Warriors more suited to AoE damage / multiple targets, but Rogues better for single target dps. Warriors would be more survivable, but give Rogues lots of tricks to make up for it (blinds, stuns, redirects, back stab bonuses). Warriors single target damage could also require more wind-up (building fury or something), while Rogues could be more front-loaded.

1) Make different skill trees for DW warriors and DW Rogues.
2) Add armor restrictions to a warrior - no massive armour, no "come over here" chain etc.
3) Restrict some skills from the skill trees for a certain class or replace certain skills debenting on the class : rogues get skills that affect one target while a warrior gets AOE like moves.

A warrior should always be the master of war, having access to all available armors and fighting styles; sword-and-board, zweihander, dual-wielding, and even archery. Rogues are defined by their tricks and skills both on and off the battlefield. Just my 2 cents.
